Pros: They responded quickly and replaced our water heater, though the $1,500 labor charge was high given we also paid for the water heater and parts separately, and it was super easy access to the water heater.
Cons: Despite unused hoses and a spigot sitting just 2 feet from their work area, they disconnected our rain barrel hose and broke the spigot handle without asking or informing us -- and never replaced it. They also removed a hose and what was a properly attached coupling from our front yard, roughly 50 feet away around the corner, again without asking. It no longer reattaches, leaving our sprinklers without water.
None of the hoses or furnishings they moved were put back. Worse, they left the hoses directly in the walkway my physically disabled son relies on to get around, creating a serious trip hazard.
After three calls and texts, they promised twice -- on two separate days -- to come fix the damage. Both times, they failed to show up. We now have to pay someone else to repair the rain barrel handle and reattach the coupling they broke. read more
