I arrived early at 10:15, filled out the (excessive)…read morepaperwork promptly, only to have the front desk attendant comment, "Oh, let me check through this; you finished too quickly." That should've been my first clue that efficiency is not the priority here. I wasn't called back until 11:00 AM... thirty minutes after my scheduled time. Once in the back, they took my blood pressure and told me to wait for an X-ray. I still hadn't seen a provider. I even mentioned that my symptoms had improved significantly, but they insisted on proceeding with the X-ray regardless. Fine. So I waited. And waited. And waited. By 11:30 AM, I had now been in the building for 1 hour and 15 minutes and still had not been seen by anyone to actually address my issue. I stepped out and spoke to the nurse who had taken my blood pressure (she was kind and professional, and honestly the only reason this isn't a 1-star review). I explained the delay, told her I needed to leave, and she offered to try to rush the X-ray process. At that point, I had no confidence it would be handled quickly, or that I'd see the provider anytime soon afterward. It felt like I could be there another hour or two, and I had already wasted enough of my day. I politely declined, asked them to cancel my appointment, and left. To their credit, the staff was understanding and said they wouldn't charge me... we'll see. I'll update this review if that turns out not to be the case. Bottom line: I can't comment on the quality of care because I never got far enough to experience it. What I can say is: if you have an appointment here, bring a charger, a snack, and maybe a blanket. You'll be waiting a while.

During the course of my treatment I was placed primarily under the care of a thoroughly pleasant young lady with a remarkable sense of humor; one who, along with her co-workers, made the typical tedium of P.T. much more bearable and, indeed, even enjoyable. With both tactile and machine involvement I started feeling improvement within the first two sessions and this mending continued throughout my care. She is high energy, attentive, knowledgeable, tiny but loud. She will work you in ways you never thought you could. She will be right there the whole time motivating you to excel unlike other places that just say do this and walk away. While taking your mind off the discomfort of working the target areas you need to improve on, she will talk your ear off but in fun and friendly way. If its a late afternoon visit be prepared to answer "Whats for Dinner?".

Reply was that the note was sent to the clinic and Heather could do no more than that. We called again on Thursday as diagnosis was torn rotator cuff. Now first available was June 18. The gentleman came back and said he couldn't do that as we spoke to Heather on Monday, but we would hear something. No one has called. Even if someone called and said we haven't heard from clinic, that would be better than no response. Very disappointed. We feel like we are being penalized for being a new patient.
