Reply was that the note was sent to the clinic and Heather could do no more than that. We called again on Thursday as diagnosis was torn rotator cuff. Now first available was June 18. The gentleman came back and said he couldn't do that as we spoke to Heather on Monday, but we would hear something. No one has called. Even if someone called and said we haven't heard from clinic, that would be better than no response. Very disappointed. We feel like we are being penalized for being a new patient.

He kept telling me to lose weight and that was most of the problem and then says I have arthritis. He was so rude and hurtful and kept cutting me down as I'm sitting there crying. I'm at 200 so yes I need to lose weight and I'm working on it but to constantly cut down someone, you don't know their life. It was THE worst appointment I have ever had in my life!
