I had such bad pain that I didn't think PT would help but to my surprise it did help to the point I'm fully recovered now. It was easy to book an initial appointment, they are popular so can be difficult to find the perfect time unless you are willing to wait. I had a primary PT that I saw most of the time but also saw some others. It started out very easy and simple with stretches and other things and gradually had most of the type of exercises I do. They asked about what/if any strength training I do and they were able to incorporate most of the type of exercises that I do that could have lead to my initial problem. I was very happy with how much progress I made while I was going here and if I have some other physical problem where PT might help, I will come back here again.

I arrived early at 10:15, filled out the (excessive)…read morepaperwork promptly, only to have the front desk attendant comment, "Oh, let me check through this; you finished too quickly." That should've been my first clue that efficiency is not the priority here. I wasn't called back until 11:00 AM... thirty minutes after my scheduled time. Once in the back, they took my blood pressure and told me to wait for an X-ray. I still hadn't seen a provider. I even mentioned that my symptoms had improved significantly, but they insisted on proceeding with the X-ray regardless. Fine. So I waited. And waited. And waited. By 11:30 AM, I had now been in the building for 1 hour and 15 minutes and still had not been seen by anyone to actually address my issue. I stepped out and spoke to the nurse who had taken my blood pressure (she was kind and professional, and honestly the only reason this isn't a 1-star review). I explained the delay, told her I needed to leave, and she offered to try to rush the X-ray process. At that point, I had no confidence it would be handled quickly, or that I'd see the provider anytime soon afterward. It felt like I could be there another hour or two, and I had already wasted enough of my day. I politely declined, asked them to cancel my appointment, and left. To their credit, the staff was understanding and said they wouldn't charge me... we'll see. I'll update this review if that turns out not to be the case. Bottom line: I can't comment on the quality of care because I never got far enough to experience it. What I can say is: if you have an appointment here, bring a charger, a snack, and maybe a blanket. You'll be waiting a while.

I have found Sarah and her team to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very professional but also a lot of fun to talk with during therapy. During the course of my treatment I was placed primarily under the care of a thoroughly pleasant young lady with a remarkable sense of humor; one who, along with her co-workers, made the typical tedium of P.T. much more bearable and, indeed, even enjoyable. She is high energy, attentive, knowledgeable, tiny but loud. She will work you in ways you never thought you could. She will be right there the whole time motivating you to excel unlike other places that just say do this and walk away. While taking your mind off the discomfort of working the target areas you need to improve on, she will talk your ear off but in fun and friendly way. If its a late afternoon visit be prepared to answer "Whats for Dinner?".

Reply was that the note was sent to the clinic and Heather could do no more than that. We called again on Thursday as diagnosis was torn rotator cuff. Now first available was June 18. Even if someone called and said we haven't heard from clinic, that would be better than no response. Very disappointed. We feel like we are being penalized for being a new patient.

My doc sent referral but then they said they need one from my primary doctor. They text me an appt reminder and when I try to reply with the text says auto no reply. They send me an email to fill out my paperwork before my appt. When I try to reply to email, it say auto email only unable to reply. 3 days later I finally get in touch with scheduler, tell her about how I could not reply to email or text, she tells me not her problem she did not design the process. Great attitude. After several days of no contact, I found another place. Don't waste your time, if they are this uncaring and unprofessional about just scheduling, their treatment is probably just as bad or worse. Good reddens, to bad I wasted all this time for nothing.
