I have suggested numerous people here and though they turned away, I kept giving her tries. Especially since it's the only doctor I've been to in the DFW area. But I'm highly positive that she will see what's coming for her....no one LIKE HER should be a fucking psychiatrist....it's so appalling and gives people like me with issues more reasons to have no hope. On the other hand, the physical therapist set me back both times I saw him. Many of the excercises Airrosti gave me have been and will be beneficial. The problem with the PT was that he pushed on even after I said that I was hurting. Not hurting as in "that was uncomfortable", but hurting as in "the thing that I needed fixed was exacerbated." He gets 3 stars.

Since I was a recent patient before with Airrosti I decided to give it a try. I was about 3 months post op when I first went to Dr. Yazmin Ruvalcaba. I had some relief, but I bruised and was really sore afterwards which is very expected since I was still recovering from my surgery. Dr. Ruvalcaba listened to all my concerns and focused on the areas I needed help with recovering. Alliston helped with my stretching and gave me exercises that helped with my strength and flexibility. Overall I went to 4-5 treatments. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and I'm happy to say I've completed two 5ks and a 5 miler since I "graduated" from treatment. I'm so excited and I don't think my progress would be where it is if it wasn't for Dr. Ruvalcaba and the Airrosti team! I hope she sees this to let her know she played a huge role in my recovery!

My PCP referred me to Pinnacle Pain Management but after waiting a week and a half and two unreturned phone calls later I decided to drop into their office and check if they had received the referral. The receptionist was one of the most unpleasant I've had the displeasure of ever dealing with and I've asked my PCP to refer me to another clinic. Hopefully they won't be as smug and arrogant as this one. Doc, you just lost a customer!

I visited Dr. Allen's office today for my very first time and I was pleased to say they treated me…read morevery well. From the time I called to schedule to me needing to reschedule with short notice due to work conflicts. I was greeted by Michelle and my assistant was Abigail who was nothing but nice and bubbly through out the whole appointment. I saw nurse practitioner Shannon and I was impressed by her. I then was helped by Yessenia who took my blood work and was fast and easy going with the minimal amount of pain possible. Needless to say I hope all my future visits remain the same and I will be a loyal customer. I did not get the opportunity to meet doctor Allen but I compliment you as well sir for running a nice office with great care and staff. Thank you all for your time and dedication and see you all next week for my follow up from blood work.
