I first saw him 7 years ago and while I did end up having surgery, it was after exhausting all other options. A month after surgery I temporarily moved to CA and saw another doctor for my after care. One year later I still had pain. I moved back to TX and saw Dr. Dauphinee as soon as I got back. He was able to resolve my issues with a simple treatment in just a few weeks. I have referred several people to Dr. Dauphinee and everyone has been happy with their treatment. I started experiencing a new problem last week and I am confident it will be resolved quickly. Thank you Dr. Dauphinee for truly caring about your patients.

When I called for the second time, trying to resolve it, the woman who handles billing and her office manager were both extremely unprofessional, angry, combative, and rude. The office manager actually wanted to tell me her personal stories about how hard it is to deal with her own insurance. Really? Now it has escalated when it could've easily been resolved. These two women are miserably poor at their jobs and hurt the practice of a good doctor.
