Each time I make a visit, there is an upsell for some new device or procedure that ends up not being necessary but still costing hundreds of dollars. His approach is aggressive, and his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. About four weeks ago, he recommended that I do a leg length test, and after multiple phone calls, his staff still has not put in the referral correctly. There have been many complications for me post surgery, and while I am not blaming him for everything that happened, I do believe that after the surgery, this office is much more neglectful of its patients. A bit of a nice facade to start then slow neglect. Makes me sad.

He also gave suggestions. He was quick but attentive. If I have future issues with my feet in the future, I will definitely make an appointment with him and would recommend him to my friends. I had seen some poor reviews of the office staff, however, I experienced no problems at all. They were friendly and efficient when I made the appointment and in the office setting.

He lied to me about my nail fungus and refused me further laser treatments, costing me 600 dollars and I still have nail fungus. I got a second opinion who said it usually takes 4 treatments and he still refused. 15 mins of a techs time and 50 cents worth of electricity and refused me. When I complained, I had no evidence because he hadnt put any notes about it in my chart. He never uploaded any of my results to the portal, either. Also, he once acted like a fancy bartender, squirting the local anesthetic from a distance missing the target completely, then gave me a plantar fasciatis shot with full pain. If you go to this office, make sure you see Dr. Hussain (he's fine) but stay away from Dauphinée!​

I went to see Dr. Suh last July because of his fabulous reviews. I went because of a bump, maybe a cyst, on the top of my foot above my big toe that was painful when my shoe rubbed against it. He told me he would remove it, and that the X-Rays showed that I had bone on bone in my big toe, and that he could put a pin in it to fix it. At that time, I had no pain in my big toe, even though my records say that I did. I agreed to the surgery. Today, after seeing the X-rays, I saw that I have a plate at the joint, not a pin, but several screws. I never knew that because I had never seen the X-ray taken after surgery. Communication was severely lacking. My new doctor explained what had happened to my foot and how the second toe is paying a part in all this because of the toe surgery, and why I am in pain and why it is getting worse. During my time with Dr. Suh, I bought several pairs of shoes that were recommended, and I spent $500 on custom orthotics that I can't wear. When I purchased them, I was told they could be adjusted if they didn't work, but when I went back to Dr. Suh he told me they couldn't be adjusted and I would need to buy a bigger shoe. I now have pain in my foot that I didn't have before I saw Dr. Suh. I wish I had known last July what I know now. I would have steered clear of him.

I worked for a podiatrist for 4 years when I was younger, so my motto is that "ignorance is bliss"....it's stressful when you have to reverse roles & be the patient! The receptionist at this clinic recommended I see Dr. Paul Steineke and she assured me he would take excellent care of me. She was even able to give me a same day appointment. I have been in the healthcare industry for 20 years and I can honestly say that Dr. Steineke really impressed me with his kindness and amazing bedside manner! He explained everything to me before doing anything and even administered those "dreadful shots" (I needed two to numb my toe up) super fast! I have NO complaints and I feel completely relieved that I took care of it. If you are looking for a gentle, kind, personable podiatrist....Dr. Paul Steineke is the one you should see!

I was ensured that they were covered 100%. Based on that information, I moved forward with their recommendation. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I later received a bill for several hundred dollars because the services were not covered as I had been told. When I reached out to the office for clarification, I did not receive a helpful explanation or any accountability for the misinformation. Since then, I have sent several requests for records or further explanation and they have all been ignored.

I reviewed different podiatrists in my area and found good reviews about Doctor Marciano. I went in for an appointment and was so glad I did. The X-ray's showed that the first procedure was a 'mess' (my term) and after speaking with Dr Marciano, I was very reassured and confident that he was the best podiatrist to put my trust in. Yes, I had a 'redo' surgery and it was so very worth it. Dr Marciano lived up to every word he said and more. I know that he worked hard in surgery as the results were better than I expected. I recommend Dr Marciano to anybody who is looking for a podiatrist who's standards are above the norm. And I also received flowers from him and the staff. To make matters worse, the person who checked me out after my visit overcharged me by nearly $100 and argued with me about my insurance coverage. I'm still waiting on my refund! There were other issues as well, but I'll leave it at that. I genuinely hope my experience was not the "norm" for this clinic.
