FMIC (COBB) Big up's to VFR
Wil B.

I never had a problem there, Philipe and his crew are awesome. They did an awesome job on my MS3, it's running perfect. Everybody that I have recommended to go there has not complained. Thanks again VFR for everything :-)

DO THESE ROTORS LOOK MACHINED TO YOU?!

I had inquired with them the replacement of my axle and the quoted me $170 if I had the part, which is very reasonable. I then assumed that replacing just my brake pads would be fairly cheap like anywhere else besides a dealership(big mistake)... the distributor that I ordered the axle from, sent me the wrong part. So when they went to replace it they told me it's not the right size. I contacted the distributor to let them know of the issue. The distributor asked me for pictures for evidence, when I contacted Velocity to see if they could send me a picture, the tech that picked up told me that "they don't have time to be wasting on things like this", I asked very nicely and he responded with a nasty attitude... they never quoted me for the replacement of the brake pads with installation... when I picked up my car the next day and got my bill, they had charged me over $800 for replacing brake pads! They charged me $169.92 for the front 2 and another $68 for the rear 2... I looked online for the price of the same break kit and it's $160 for the 4!!!! They charged me $159 for a brake flush that I never asked for!!! And the owner had the audacity to ask me for a tip for his guys for the trouble with the axle they underwent... I called to discuss my price and why I was charged so much, and the person who answered gave me attitude about me questioning the price, I told him that they "waxed" me for $800 on brake pads, not ever new rotors! He then said not to disrespect him that way. That he didn't quote me, to contact the guy who did... I checked with other shops of the same decree and they charge for the same work with labor around what they charged me, and with rotors!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at all cost. The techs have a bad attitude and the prices are insane!!! The owner is a very nice guy, but $800 for brake pads and a brake flush is ridiculous.... the owner then proceeded to call me back and spin a bs story on how they charged me too much for the front brake pads after I called and complained and said that he has to charge a 20% up charge on parts if he won't make money otherwise, and said he had them in stock and and didn't have to wait for them, when initially asked the first time I called and they said they didn't have them and had to order them... He charged over $170 for the front installation and $170 for the rear installation?! For a 30min job... then he said he also machined my rotors... do these look machined to you?!?! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!!!

My insurance recommended me to take my car here for repairs and I had the best experience. Upon…read morearrival, the front desk person greeted me and explained the process. She got my license and had someone come out to my car with me to assess the damages. They then called enterprise down the street to arrange for them to pick me up and take me to pick up my rental car. The whole drop off process took 10 minutes maximum. While my car was in the shop, they called twice to update me about what was going on with my car and estimate of damages, and what they were doing/how long it would take. They ended up finishing up with my car 2 days early which was a nice surprise! They called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. I was able to drop my rental car off at their office and they then arrange the pick up from enterprise. They cleaned my car in and out and again the pick up process took no less than 5/10 minutes. I even had a question about my repairs and they took the time and patience to make sure everything was to my standards and my questions were answered. Great staff and great service. Highly recommend.

They were working on my daughter's car and were too lazy to properly install the bumper because they said they would need to remove it again in a few days to replace the headlight. While my daughter was driving, the bumper came off on the road because it was attached with only two clips, and they blamed her. I told them I would file a complaint for professional negligence because they put my 19-year-old daughter in danger by giving her an unsafe car. Make sure you stand your ground and don't let them deceive you. I spoke to them very firmly, and I recommend you avoid their careless attitude as well, especially toward women, because they think women don't understand anything about cars -- which is not true in my case. Be attentive and careful with them."
