I was very clear about the vehicle I repeated it multiple times and even showed a picture of my car with the headlight out. Despite that, I was still given the wrong part. I even questioned it at the counter after seeing the item, and was told it was correct for the low beam. After getting home, I realized it was not the correct bulb for my vehicle, which caused a lot of inconvenience and wasted time and money. I feel like I was not properly listened to, even though I made sure to be very clear about what I needed. This was frustrating and avoidable. I expected better accuracy and customer service, especially after being specific and showing visual proof. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the experience and hope better attention is given to customers in the future so this doesn't happen to others.

When I told the last person I spoke to that I would just go to Lexus and get theirs, he told me "Man, they're gonna charge up the nose" but still was not able to help me. So off I went to Lexus to get the mats. I did see some of the same people I spoke to go on and on about batteries, and more complicated stuff than mats and they sounded like they knew what they were talking about, I guess my questions was too dumb for them. But if you want to know about batteries, this is your place!
