To make matters worse, I was looking specifically for peonies which are hard to come by; they're expensive and very sensitive. I had exactly 4 months. I quickly went on the Internet searching for a planner. I went to one of those website services that you put in a request and they will contact you via text, email or phone. I was doing this at 7 o'clock in the evening, within 15 min. I received a reply from Elizabeth with Encore Events. I immediately felt comfortable, her patience and professionalism was just what this mommy needed to get this accomplished. She was with me 100%. Went to all vendor appointments with me, which by the way she has some of the best vendors in south Fl. She created spread sheets for budget and guest tracking and kept me informed of every detail. She even tracked all Rsvp's by phone and email. She took multiple trips to the venue on her own to ensure she had every detail down. She created digital floor plans so that we knew where everything would be placed. On the day of the event Elizabeth and her team was there early and had everything under control. Her team was professional and treated my guest to first class service. This was a once in lifetime event and I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend Elizabeth and Encore Events and Design.
