Through the rollercoaster of planning a wedding during COVID-19, Adri remained cool, calm, creative and flexible. She helped us downsize our 300+ person wedding into a gorgeous and incredibly special micro wedding with our immediate families. Adri is an incredibly detailed process manager and her design sense is unparalleled. But what really sets her apart is her beautiful spirit and passion for creating extraordinary events. It is truly a joy to work with her, and she radiates a calming presence that puts everyone at ease. She treats her clients like family, and is kind and collaborative with every vendor. There were so many instances when Adri went WAY above and beyond the scope of our contract to make sure every our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Even her amazing husband Gabe (who is a full-time firefighter) showed up on multiple occasions to help! I'm not sure if my husband and I will ever be done looking at pictures from our day; it was the best weekend of our lives. Forever grateful for Adriana + team for making it happen.

Make no mistake, planning an Indian wedding is like planning a 3 day music festival. You need someone with experience to handle the logistics, patiently listen to the parents' griefs, help you find reliable vendors, and relentlessly follow up to ensure things run without a hitch once the celebrations start. Throughout the year and half we worked with her, she patiently guided us through a postponed wedding date, coordination between the many vendors we couldn't always meet in person, and a backup plan when weather disrupted our original plans. Always professional, Nathalie somehow steps it up when the event starts, and she is so efficient in helping keep timing throughout the day (no small feat for 150+ Indian relatives) and address any challenge with a level head. The music, the crowd, the drinks, the food, and literally having the beach steps away made it feel like the perfect welcome to Miami. It was actually my first meal after landing, and the Cuban and fries were great. The kitchen was surprisingly fast, especially considering how busy everything was. Then came an absolutely insane Miami storm. Instead of running us off, it basically gave us an excuse to stay planted at the bar and keep drinking, which I have zero regrets about . The bartenders were friendly, fast, and did NOT play about checking IDs. What really got me was watching the staff continue running around and taking care of everyone during a torrential downpour. As someone who works in hospitality, part of me was enjoying the chaos and the other part was thinking, how the hell do you even facilitate this operationally?! Such a fun, memorable first stop in Miami. The storm somehow made the experience even better. I'd absolutely come back, but next time I'm making a reservation!
