Dispatch called me back and apologized because she messed up and it was going to be a little more due to the distance. Driver showed up less than an hour later, got my car lifted and to the tire shop in no time. He then offered to wait until I got a ride When I stated I'd just walk, he said he wouldn't let me do that because it was negative outside with windchill. He said he'd just give me a ride down the road to my building, and risk getting in trouble. Every aspect of this company was very friendly and professional. My old beater Subaru that I keep to save the new car from getting wrecked had a dead battery from lack of use. I went to the store to buy a charger but instead they sold me a terminal protection kit for a couple of bucks and lent me, LENT ME, a little charger/jumper device because I couldn't jump the car with my Prius. The two guys there were full of ideas that would save me money and were just so helpful my mouth fell open. (Really) I've run into maybe 5 different employees here, all have been remarkably considerate. What a great place!
