These were communicative and had a very competitive price. No complaints. They came, worked hard, got the job done. I'm happy.

Within 30 minutes, I received about 10 responses, but DFW Concrete Services immediately stood out from the rest. Their initial estimate was very close to the final agreed-upon price, which I appreciated because there were no surprises along the way. Juan, the owner, was easy to communicate with, arrived on-site earlier than scheduled, and completed the work on time. What impressed me most was the follow-up. Many contractors finish the job and move on, but Juan took the time to check in afterward to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. The entire experience was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend DFW Concrete Services to anyone looking for quality concrete work

While it wasn't exactly the result we had originally hoped for, that's due to the poor workmanship of the initial contractor--not Juan's work. Juan removed the failed material, cleaned the joints properly, installed new backer rod where needed, and applied the sealant with great attention to detail. He was honest about what could realistically be accomplished without replacing the concrete. He had a quick turnaround, completed the job promptly, and left everything looking much cleaner and more professional than before. I appreciate his honesty, communication, and quality workmanship, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing concrete joint repair or sealing.

Brandon and his crew poured concrete at my property twice. Once back in March and the second time…read moreat the end of June. He did so for as a sub for Glenn Walker. Brandon designed my garage floor so that it was not level. My existing driveway was not level so they went with the existing slope of the driveway which was a terrible idea. Brandon designed my garage floor such that water could flow into my garage but then flow out. And then there's a tiny little grate in front of my garage door. The problem...I have a four inch opening on one side of my garage where my garage door doesn't fully close and that tiny grate continually clogs. To be fair Brandon wanted to put a bigger grate in but Glenn said no. Here's the thing. My neighbor across the street had a job for Brandon but Brandon flat out told him he couldn't warranty the work. Brandon knew this person so he was up front and honest with him. I'm new to the area. I feel Brandon and Glenn weren't up front or honest and weren't concerned about doing the job correctly. When Brandon came back at the end of June to pour sidewalk his crew was messy. To this day forms are still in the ground. Concrete is cracking in areas that aren't even stressed points. He poured in an area that was supposed to have metal grates lay over top yet no lip. Additionally, he cracked my existing driveway with the use of his heavy machinery. I asked Brandon to come back out but he refuses. He said he was waiting to get with Mr Walker. Mr Walker walked off the job when I refused to give him final payment because he wasn't even finished with the job. During construction my husband was down in San Antonio going through radiation so I was here dealing with much of the construction. I felt I was taken advantage of. I was talked down to. Not by Brandon but I don't feel Brandon did a good job of letting Mr Walker know how things should have been done. I've spoken to a Licensed Approved TREC Inspector, a forensic inspector with over 20 years of construction experience, another construction expert with over 20 years experience, and a concrete expert with over 20 years experience plus another individual with construction experience and they all said the same thing. You never ever design a garage floor to allow water to penetrate ever never ever!!!

The original concrete installation was defective and had to be demolished after company representatives acknowledged the workmanship issues. Although a second slab was poured, several agreed-upon repairs remain incomplete. Outstanding issues include two damaged fences, dead grass caused by construction equipment and materials, concrete splatter on our home from the first crew, and the expansion/control joint David agreed to install during the second pour that was never completed. For over a week, we made every effort to resolve this matter. Danielle told us the owner would contact us. When we called the next day, another Danielle said she would review our case and call us back. Julie then emailed that someone would contact us to reach an agreeable solution. Instead, David and Daniel called and stated there would be no refund, the remaining $1,000 balance was waived, and the project was considered complete. We repeatedly requested an itemized labor breakdown. The company eventually provided an "itemized" invoice listing: Concrete extension (labor/materials) $5,200; painting/sealing $1,000; sod installation/walkway $1,000; office expenses $500; fuel $350; crew meals $200; handling/equipment/cleanup $250; management $500. We dispute several of these charges, particularly the sod/walkway charge, as we only agreed to sod after losing confidence in the company's ability to complete the walkway due to defective workmanship. We also question charging overhead expenses after having to demolish and replace defective work. We have photographs, videos, emails, text messages, invoices, and payment records documenting the workmanship issues and our repeated attempts to resolve this matter. We request a fair partial refund, compensation for the remaining property damage, and a reasonable resolution.
