He came out the next day and took out about 17 plants and cut my drip irrigation in two places and killed the only plant i wanted to keep. After that, i was put on the work schedule many times only to have no one show up and no contact as to why. After a month, I finally received a response to my texts, where i stated i wanted a full refund or I would turn it over to my attorney. He assured me the refund would arrive that day. Didn't happen. Now, all his phone contacts are disconnected, his company's Facebook page is gone, and his email address is gone as well. Never use this guy, or his company!!!!! He will steal from you without hesitation...

He always asked for half up front, then pays a couple of guys to do the work while he goes out and buys a new truck. I had him out for simple job to raise the slope on a patio cover. 1st his 2 guys didn't dig up the post that were there , they flush cut them and left the stump. So the new post were put in off center and not properly attached. When they set the post, they used some small dumbbell weights instead of concrete. When finished, the cover he was supposed to raise was actually lowered by almost 4 inches. He stained them in place on my new flagstone. Ruined several stones with stain I can't clean . Don't use this guy. His rating with the BBB is an "F". RUN, DO NOT LET THIS GUY WORK ON YOUR HOME !

Examples: a chandelier over the tub was mounted to a plastic box sitting directly on ceiling drywall with the cable unsecured along the attic floor; several items required rework, including a custom vanity with an off-center sink cabinet, unlevel countertops, and visibly slanted shelves; the plumbing work had multiple problems and the plumber and his sister were fired. Ther are many, many other things I could mention. The project took over eight months instead of the four promised, with work gaps of days and sometimes weeks. I met with the PM three times to create a timeline, but they fell behind every time. The only reason he gave was schedule conflicts with other jobs. One positive: Guillermo and Jose were responsive and fully guaranteed their work. They made sure I was satisfied with the end product before ending the project.
