The day that Alec and Brendon walked the job site, there was nothing more to consider as they had a quote in my hand before even leaving when others took a week plus even to get an estimate!   Fence Fanatics delivered the job with quality craftsmanship, integrity, and upfront honesty about each aspect of the job since our fence had some levels of complexity, given that we added a full concrete retaining wall versus a wood retaining wall. Each day, either Nick, Alec, or Brendon was on-site to oversee the job and send a communication through text, email, and phone calls. If we had a question, our email or text was answered in less than 2-4 hours, if not within 20 minutes in most cases. Hands Down, if you are considering replacing your fence or even staining your fence, most definitely give and consider an estimate from Fence Fanatics! If you review their website compared to other fence companies, you will be surprised by their competitive pricing and knowledge; their website has so much essential information about explaining shrinkage and the different types of wood and the Whys! Excellent Job, Fence Fanatics and Team!

He also regraded our backyard as we were having standing water build by our back door. Marcus is super easy to work with and his crew was super friendly and hardworking. They did things the right way and even did things to help us that weren't a part of our deal. I would not hesitate to hire this company. I'd also choose to pay more if his bid is higher (as it was slightly higher for us) because I'm fully confident that he did everything the right way and didn't cut corners. I'm so so pleased with his work that I'd highly recommend him to anyone who asked me if I had a guy for retaining walls.

Through out the whole process Mark was professional, even when I changed my mind several times and he had to redraw the plans. Their materials and workmanship were top of the line. Mark was very responsive and gave me plenty of heads up on when everything was going to happen. I do wish I had gotten to see some more of the design upfront it would have made me feel more comfortable with the cost (very reasonable after seeing the work that was done). My only knock is the contractor for the gutters doubled the cost that Mark originally quoted to me, however this could have been because I waited to see what the cover would look like.

The company was a pleasure to deal with. - The estimate was clear, and included all the specifications and alternatives we'd discussed (not true of competing bids). - Communication on scheduling and questions was very good. - The quality of the construction is excellent. A few minor issues were identified during a post-completion walk-through, and quickly resolved. - Some problems emerged with the staining, done by a subcontractor, but they were resolved professionally.
