They had a good selection of birthday cards, which saved me a trip to the Hallmark store (I love that place). Very friendly cashier as I was checking out. What I did not appreciate: COUNT YOUR BALLOONS.; I was supposed to receive 18, but I only had 17. Higher priority placed on filling balloons than assisting a customer. Despite having 4-5 staff members in the balloon area, no one stopped to assist with my order, and I only received help after voicing a concern. (This was after someone in the balloon area asked what I needed help with then redirected me to an order window)

She asked the only employee that was there if she can have help because she attempted to bring them out and and they started to go everywhere and tangling, the person replied that they had no one to help.. because the balloons where not done in a timely manner they arrived after our guest had started arriving at the event. Not done at the time promised and no help to get them out of the store and for what i paid.. smh!!! Not good service! hopefully others experiences are better than ours was... will not be back to this establishment!

I had two 5‑gallon / 20 lbs tanks that needed partial refills, and I definitely didn't want to risk running out of fuel in the middle of cooking on our Blackstone. Parking is around the back with one or two spots right outside the gate. It's usually easy to snag a space since the place doesn't get heavy traffic, but do pay attention to the alley parking signs so you don't end up where you shouldn't. Trying to figure where to enter was a bit confusing and I didn't want to roam around carrying two tanks so I walked in through the back gate and was immediately able to find a staff member. They took my tanks and handled the refill quickly and efficiently. Once filled, we headed to the front of the shop to pay. Pricing is based on the number of gallons they actually put in rather than a flat rate tank exchange. Coast has become my go‑to spot simply because it's close by, the process is easy, and I much prefer the value and efficiency of refilling instead of doing a tank exchange. Friendly service, no hassle, and competitive rates. What more can you ask for in a propane refill?
