I asked why and they said because it was only the first 5 quarts. My car takes 8, so it was 3 extra quarts that were 15 dollars a piece and that totaled 175 dollars.. they gave me a discount only because no one informed me that I needed three extra over the first 5 and I complained about it. I will never ever go back to this place. Incredibly expensive and it took OVER one hour. I was sitting in my car from 8:15 until 9:30am. Camarillo Valvoline: Service you can't see…read more Experts you should NEVER trust. I have add two separate incidents at this Valvoline that will ensure I will never come back. The first occurred in January of this year when I went in for service and (against my better judgment) opted for a tire rotation. We left the shop thinking everything was fine and got a call from the tech saying that the tires have not been fully torqued and they could potentially fall off. They said they would come and find us, so they proceeded to drive to our location. Luckily we hadn't driven far and we were attending a wedding reception nearby but we had to deal with this in the midst of that. This is a egregious safety violation and could have resulted in our harm. The service technicians were very apologetic and nice however it is still highly unacceptable and dangerous. Valvoline gave us a free oil change, in exchange for our near-death experience. The second occurred today when having gone into this Camarillo location. Several things: -They didn't check my lights yet I saw on their checklist that they marked they were good . -They didn't check my tire pressure at the beginning of the service so I had to ask. -I wasn't shown my air filter. I had to ask them about it at which they said my air filter was "underneath my vehicle". This is blatantly false, and a straight up LIE. I removed the air filter myself after the service and this is the result. -I asked for a printed receipt, they never provided. THIS WILL BE THE VERY LAST TIME I EVER TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. HORRIBLE. They couldn't care less and just want to get you out as quickly as possible.

When I got to Camarillo my 2004 Honda Pilot was making a noise..... On Monday June 7th, I called TNT Automotive after reading several positive Yelp reviews. I had the good fortune of reaching Todd Harter, the business owner. I explained the situation and he told me to bring my Pilot in THAT DAY. I dropped her off for a diagnostic and heard back from Todd quickly. I needed a new power steering pump and ps fluid exchange. He gave me the quote for the job, I said Yes, please. I then received a call at 2:40pm to let me know the work was complete and I could pick up my Pilot. My friend dropped me off for pick up of my SUV. I paid and was on my way the SAME DAY. I hopped on the 101 to go to Simi a few hours later. My Pilot is back in great running order! It was SO NICE to find a great local mechanic and get a same day repair. A couple minutes later I am informed of the cost of service and it is in line with what I paid last oil change. The employees were nice and accommodating and took care of the job pretty quickly and gave me a coupon for next time. This is what I have come to expect from Jiffy Lube. Looks like this location will get my business going forward. It is far cleaner (see pick) and the customer service is superior than the other Camarillo location.

At the desk, Kristy was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My service was complete in almost half the initially quoted time, and for a price that beat everyone else in Camarillo. For such a reasonable cost, I surely expected there to be some drawbacks but the team at Adolfo Auto Care genuinely went the extra mile to help me out with some mild extra favors during my service, they were super friendly, did great work and came in at a super reasonable price. I'd drop off my car and grab lunch and the car would be done. Went in today and the place has turned into a joke. I park and enter the office and wait at the counter. An employee noticed me waiting and comes in and places a business card down and tells me to check myself in. I scan the QR code and start to check myself in. As I am I notice the employees are not busy and just standing around, presumably trying to figure out the system and what to do now that customers need to do the check in job. When I get to the part where I select what service I want I notice the prices are a lot higher than about 7 months ago (see picture). I inquire about the prices and asked if I missed something. They said no and that this is the new system and those are the prices.
