After years of loyalty I have to check myself in on my phone and pay 30% more. No thanks. Been going to this location for years and never had a problem. I'd drop off my car and grab lunch and the car would be done. Went in today and the place has turned into a joke. I park and enter the office and wait at the counter. An employee noticed me waiting and comes in and places a business card down and tells me to check myself in. I scan the QR code and start to check myself in. As I am I notice the employees are not busy and just standing around, presumably trying to figure out the system and what to do now that customers need to do the check in job. When I get to the part where I select what service I want I notice the prices are a lot higher than about 7 months ago (see picture). I inquire about the prices and asked if I missed something. They said no and that this is the new system and those are the prices. read more

Super quick! I was in and out in 20 minutes and did not have an appointment. They checked and topped off all fluids, did the oil change, visually inspected the tires and said they didn't need to be rotated, and checked their pressure and did everything quickly. $155 before the $15 coupon, the. With tax it came out to $150 and change. Comparable price to the Valvoline and the dealership too. I did have a burnt out headlight that they said they could fix but they would charge me hourly and would have to remove the bumper to change it so they said it would be better to have to changed elsewhere. The people here are great. Forcing them to hand me a card to scan a QR code to check in and fill out a confusing questionnaire is absolute garbage customer service. Way to anger and alienate your customer before they show up. Don't put your responsibility on the customer. Get rid of this crap. Never using jiffy lube again. read more

Used to go to this location, but not anymore. I go to my local mechanic for an oil change. And don't get me wrong. I like Jiffy Lube's because they're very convenient. But the customer service has went down in the last few years. They don't even look at you if they're busy you're just sitting there like a fool waiting for someone to acknowledge you at least acknowledge me and tell me it's gonna be a wait or something, but they just don't even look up and pretend like you're not there I don't need that. read more

Not impressed at all. Was told when I brought my car in it would take about 2 hours for the oil change. I told them that was fine as I was getting picked up. When my ride came I had to tell the guy he needed my phone number so he could call me when the car was done. No one had asked for my name or contact information at any point. 3.5 hours later I still hadn't received a call so I went back and found the oil change was complete. When I first dropped it off I asked for the synthetic blend oil change as the full synthetic isn't necessary for my car and it's quite a bit more expensive. However when the manager rang me up, he charged me for the full synthetic. I told him I had asked for and agreed to the synthetic blend and only then did he look at my paperwork to confirm, after which he changed the price. I also realized that because no one had ever asked for my info, literally anyone off the street could have walked up and said they were there for the car and they would've been handed the keys. Oilstop on Las Posas may be a little more expensive, but they're much faster, much nicer, and way more professional. Definitely will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

Their word was true, the entire process was under an hour. All my fluids and safety check were completed and shared with me. The price was competitive. The trustworthy experience was spot on! If you've ever been somewhere where you simply want and oil change and some dude wants to sell you every part imaginable and a 30 foot Airstream and two jet skis... won't happen here! Got a tire rotation and oil change at this location, they put the lug nuts on backwards. Also put the wrong oil type for my car, was told by a mechanic when I went for a top off at a different jiffy lube location. Ultimately I learned that I cannot trust these companies. I can usually do this myself but I'm a rather busy person. Although I will now take the time to do it on my own. Just did an oil change for my car today and it reminded me that I almost forgot to leave a review. Do not trust JL companies as there always seems to be a problem or situation at stake. I do not want anything from jiffylube just wanted to let everyone know that this store is not to be trusted. I took my Audi to check to see if my transmission fluid was low to it's having issues shiftin joshua, victor and Esteban Check my transmission fluid and was at recommended veh level. They did observe a lot of oil on the pan and upon further inspection they found a leak at the oil gasket. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE! My sons VW was brought here for an oil change while I was away on business about 6weeks ago. 1st; they were late opening in the morning by a good 10min. 2nd. They apparently dropped the old oil filter when removing it, covering components and chassis with oil. 3rd. Not only did they stand on the engine splash shield (oily boot prints on it are kind of a dead giveaway...), they didn't even re-install it correctly, and the capture plugs that connect it to the wheel well were just dangling, two of the front weren't engaged, and a third missing entirely. It's amazing it stayed on at all; pure luck. I was only aware because my sim commented on the dripping oil, so I put the car on ramps and slid underneath to take a look. I would have posted this review sooner but wanted to warn others. (Looks like someone else below had a similar experience recently). This "service" was over $100. How about you cut me a check to cover my time and oil cleanup? I know these locations are privately owned, but if I was JL Corporate I'd be suspending licensing of this location immediately to protect my brand equitably. read more

If I had him do all the stuff he told me I needed, my simple $100 oil change would have cost over $1700! I own a 2017 Tacoma with 75k miles. No thanks Jiffy Lube. read more

Not only did Jiffy Lube take 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple Oil & Filter (4 cars ahead of me), they did not have conventional 5w-20 oil and would not sell me the partial synthetic for the same price. So, $30 more in their pocket. Nice way to bait and switch. The staff did their jobs well, but acted as if they'd rather be just about anywhere but there. There are too many competitors for Jiffy Lube to think this is okay. This will be my first and last time going there. read more

My wife and I are very happy with the prompt, professional and always kind, attentive service at our local Jiffy Lube on Arniel in Camarillo. Yesterday, my dashboard was lit up saying my tires were low and that I needed windshield washer fluid. I dropped in without an appointment and Esteban very kindly took care of everything. I offered him a tip, but he would not take any money from me. Because we get most of our oil changes for our two cars there, all in between visits and service for tires and fluids are free. Ok so driving at night lately has been kinda scary for me, my vehicles lights have been working but my darn headlights were so dim that it was really becoming a safety concern. I went to the Jiffylube on Arneill and they were nice enough to check all of my vehicles lights for free and figured out that both my headlights were so weathered and faded that I might have been better off attaching a lantern to the front of the vehicle. Anyways the whole staff was very friendly & let me know that they offer a headlight restoration service, I gave them the go ahead & couldn't be happier with how they turned out. Now when I drive at night I can actually see what's more than ten feet in front of me, thanks to the whole team at this location and I will be coming back for sure read more
