We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

The paperwork part wasn't too bad and didn't take too long. Our car sales man's name was Michael White and he was helpful. While waiting for the paperwork for the purchase to be completed, I learned about the business. It's family owned, started in 1950s by Ed Martin. It was bought by his daughter Kathy, and she and her husband, Mark, still own it. They have 10 locations in Indiana. Our purchase came with gap insurance, glass coat for protection of the vehicle, and lifetime warranty on the engine. Having a lifetime warranty on the engine is amazing. Inside was clean.
