Terrible experience with this vendor. I contacted Home Depot to assist with a fence installation project. This vendor was unfortunately assigned to me for my project. They called me within a day schedule an appointment but suggested that I sent over my property survey via email to complete the initial proposal due to scheduling availability. I sent an email to them on May 31st, and repeatedly sent followup emails for three weeks and heard nothing. I finally called the vendor and they informed me that they are trying to read the survey because no one can do it on their end. I was told I'd receive a call back at the end of the day, and again have heard nothing. I called back again the next day, and still no update or any urgency to complete my order - a whole month after my initial contact with them. I will not continue to do business with a place that doesn't value their customers and I will advise anyone against using them. read more

Used them before for two fence installs and the communication was never great but the workmanship was good and when u went to use Home Depot because of the financing options this is what you get. This time I signed a contract with them back in April and the install job was 7/5-7/9 and they never showed up to do the job or answered my 3 emails or calls leading up to do the job. Pathetic. Now I'm fighting to get back my 2 thousand dollars and also they tried to charge me a restocking fee of $150 for materials they never had in the first place and for breaching the contract and never showing up lol are you kidding me?. Not paying that. Consumer affairs will be notified if they end up charging it. Really bad customer service. read more

customers beware of this company and they also work for Home Depot. Together they are the most unprofessional companies I have ever encountered. I had Home Depot install my fence and they use one of these third party contractors who are complete incompetent so called fence installers instead complete joke! Vaz attempted to fix my fence for HD when a tree fell on it and instead stole my material that was salvaged from the accident when they said they couldn't use old perfectly fine fence material. Instead made me wait 4 months for new material. Funny how they took with them my older material that I had stacked up on the side of garage most likely to scam another family(criminal). Absolutely no support from HD other than to file a police report oh and Vaz also threw damaged material behind my garage. I'm still trying to get HD to fix my original installment problems but they are now lieing about the warranty being passed when that is complete bs because I had them send someone within 6 months and they did a horrible attempt of trying to fix the poor installment. I have been a loyal customer to HD and just so disappointment and sad at this experience and how they are handling this. They have shown to be the lowest of scum with absolutely no care to the customers..just gave a big F you and basically said your just one person and what are you going to do about it!!! None of these companies have take responsibilty for their actions and refuse to call back..scumbag companies on every level!!! read more

Highly unprofessional and total waste of time... got their contact from HomeDepot and got an appointment for estimate after 3/4 weeks. They came in and took the measurements and all after 3/4 weeks, and then never provided any estimates. Sent them several emails and called them few times with zero response... it wasn't a small job either but they decided to waste my time coming down and measuring and then dead silence without even a courtesy of returning any calls or emails.. heard from HomeDepot they have the same complaints from other customers too and Homedepot stopped using them too.. keep away from this company .. not reliable read more

They are the only fence installers home depot in using in middlesex county. Home depot should be ashamed of themselves for using this low quality company. I had to put a complaint against this company today for waiting two weeks for an appointment while dealing with the immature, snide attitude of one of their female customer service agents who was trying to blame me when I left multiple messages the day before and the morning of the apt. because I didn't hear from them and wasn't certain about the time.They are impossible to contact as well. Attitude miserable. Rating of the work from prior reviewers poor. My complaint has been escalated to the district manager of home depot but ultimately home depot in losing out on this sale. I have used home depot before for major house projects and I blame them ultimately lwith me having to deal with this unprofessional company. Btw- after I explained how snippety the I'll trained customer service rep. responded to me and their explanation that they cancelled the apt. because no one reconfirmed yet NO one called ME, even Home Depot said this us NOT their policy. I hope this company loses its contract with Home Depot because they are obviously a low quality unprofessional company who can't handle simple quotes and properly serving Home Depot customers. Obviously the lowest bidder HD went with and their customers are paying for it. Shame all around here... read more

Bunch of liars. Home Depot should not associate themselves with these people. They should get a different company instead. They lie about being at my house after cancelling my order because I change the plan. They refuse to call my phone after I call and complain to Home Depot. It has been 2 months now This has been a horrible experience chasing after these people. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! read more
