Service is really good. She listens to the style you like and makes it happen. She is gentle with the lashes.

I loved my service here! It was my first time getting lash extensions and I made the appointment very last minute, but Luna was kind and accommodating. The space was cute and the spa music made it very relaxing, I think I may have fallen asleep during the service but I'm very happy with the results. read more

They took a lot of time and care with my lashes especially as it was my second time getting them done. They were patient with my questions, on time, and meticulous. It was very clean and peaceful, I even ended up falling asleep a few times. I definitely recommend and will be back. read more

I request natural shape but tech gave me different shape. At the end of session, she insisted that is the shape. Technician did not give me the natural shape I requested. I will not return to this place. There is language barrier! read more

I had a really bad experienced with my lashes, first time and very disappointed. The girl had recommended me the light lash due to its my first time and the form of my eyes to make it look natural. However, she didn't do a good job, both are not equal of size, right side is more shorter on both ends and thinner, while the left had a fuller lashes which is noticeable and longer. I tried not washing my hair til the 3rd day to avoid it not to get my lashes wet. I showed it to a girl that was there and she said it's cause of the shape of my eyes. First off, they looked at it and recommended me the type of lashes to put on. None was offered to replaced or even add more lashes to compensate my first visit. I've heard of people getting a bad experienced and NEVER would I tell my families and friends about this place. read more

Vavi continues to provide stellar service . I've been a client for almost 3 years. Rachel and Luna are my go to but they've all been good.

I've been going here since August and I have had great service with Annie! My initial visit was with someone else, but they both did amazing! I have been satisfied in every visit. I love they offer brushes to me every visit and everything is simple and straightforward. It doesn't ever get so hectic, but my usual appointments are in the late afternoon. I always find myself with one other person there. Annie is super sweet and made me feel comfortable. This year was my first time going consistently and didn't like the feeling of falling asleep in public lol. But the calmness of the environment, the gentle care of Annie, and for how quick she works, it definitely made me feel more at ease. read more

High quality, excellent customer service, and an excellent product/service! Vavi Lashes is the best!!

Vavi Lashes is highly rated and recommended for a reason! They are friendly and welcoming to all clients. I got my very first lash extensions with Vavi Lashes. When I first came, they explained to me the different lash styles and recommended me styles that would suit me. If you ever show them inspo pictures of what you desire, they will always tell you what can be done and how the lashes will look along with what they recommend. The prices are also VERY reasonably priced. Michelle has been helpful all the times I have been there. If anyone came to me asking for a place, this is the one. Thank you Vavi Lashes! read more

The past two times I have taken my daughter in for volume lash extension refills with different techs than she normally goes to, she Leaves unhappy and her eyes are irritated and watery. I also feel as often as I go, there should be some discount incentive. Instead I always feel like I'm being overcharged than what I am expecting to pay. The language barrier can sometimes be challenging in the way they try to explain why something costs different . All they ever say is " sorry." Today I was told to just come back when my regular tech comes back from vacation. I paid full price and left unhappy. read more

Excellent service and the lashes last up to three weeks. I tend to fall asleep and when I wake up they are all done!!!

I went here with photos from their Yelp page and open mind. The actual service was very smooth and no burning sensation at all. However there was huge misunderstanding and miscommunication especially as a first timer, and what I ended up with looked nothing like the photos I showed or described, plus they charged me for something extra that I didn't ask for. The length and style was all wrong and then to fix it she nicely spent extra time cutting them, however now they just look like a blunt bush instead of wispy. I usually don't write reviews especially negative, but I was so frustrated to spend so much time and then almost $90 for lashes that look cheap and tacky. It has discouraged me from ever getting them done again. read more
