The problem was not the request. It was the delivery of Judy. She refused to answer any of my questions, she refused to let me know what pictures I did send that were incorrect and everything just escalated from there. I would recommend that you to speak to Maria if you want to rent, Ina is the grounds keeper whom inspects and cleans out if needed when you begin your rent, she is absolutely fantastic and helpful!! Judy is horrible and rude and not nice AT ALL. Stay away from her.

Called the Manager, Tim Marksberry at the Tucson facility on Vail Road with absolutely no resolution. He claimed I needed to move out of the space before he could apply a credit to my account. Then after we moved out, he claims he needed to run this by Jill in accounting who was on the East Coast and was having trouble getting a hold of her. Weeks past with no resolution. Finally, I had to dispute the recurring charge on my credit card. Horrible experience. Oh did I mention, their power is not stable. Don't count on having your RV with electrical connectivity. They turn it off.

Added bonus, they have one of those mini-post offices inside, too. This makes all the correspondence I have to deal soooo much easier now that I don't have to drive AT ALL out of my way to get mail stuff out and buy stamps. I don't believe anybody should store anything a value with this company I have had my $40,000…read moreside-by-side stolen from their facility and they didn't even know a whole section of fence was tore down for three days. I have paid my rent. They have so-called accidentally booted. My trailer cost me my trip because they couldn't take it off for three days. Then lo and behold the following month they did it again put a boot on my trailer and messed up my trip each time they were paid. They have no one on site or even patrolling the site. That's why it took three days for them to figure out my stuff got stolen. I would not recommend anybody store anything a value at this place. It's more of a hassle than anything and on top of that, they're more expensive than most. And don't give them your credit card information they'll make charges without your permission.
