Went here for a car wash on jan 3 2026, it looked good until I noticed a rip on my leather seats in which it not ripped before I dropped my truck off. Talked to the owner in a mannered way to see if we could do anything about it. Owner of the place said that I had brought the truck in like that which was NOT TRUE, I asked if they had cameras and he said he did and that he could show them to me, then later refused to show the cameras and said he was not going to waste his time in spanish, Overall would not recommend, I was atleast expecting an apology but not even that, everyone tried covering each-other up. read more

Left my car here for a wash for about 20 to 30 minutes while I ran an errand, when I came back the center console charger was broken. When I addressed it with the owner, he was very reluctant and unable to address the situation. Well, where to start.. We moved to the area about 4 months ago and were excited to have a reputable carwash close to the house and we love to support small local businesses. Today was the 3rd time we have been there, and most certainly the LAST. We have always kept loose change in our cupholders. Always. After the first wash, it seemed a little light, but figured my mind was playing tricks on me. After the second trip, ALL of the change was gone but did not notice until we paid, tipped and left. This time, we intentionally left 4 quarters in the cupholders and my wife and I made a side bet. I bet $5 that the money would be gone. She took the establishment.... well, SHE OWES ME $5 now. I immediately went to the young lady in charge there and explained everything to her. Her response was "Well, we vacuum and loose change gets sucked up, sorry". While waiting you can eat at Spanish flower, or there is a taco truck in the parking lot. The manager was professional and spoke good English. Would recommend this local gem again. I would give it a 5 star but they missed a few things. Everything seemed clean and the guys really take their time to wipe things down. Now why 4- I didn't know this lol but I found a big piece of onion under the seat ‍,they really didn't clean the floor mats (a simple run with pw) would have worked and I had sand in truck which hey we live close to the water but there were a few spots that they didn't vaccum. Do I recommend them ? Sure why not. The sign says $40 for trucks now. I ended up paying $50 plus the $20 I gave as tip(you don't have to) I did it cus like grandma would say Da sin mirar a quien. read more

If I could rate this establishment 0 stars I would. After checking my belongings I noticed some things were missing. I went back to confront them and let the owner know but all I got was threats from the employees. I was told to leave before they "would handle me" not sure what they meant by that but doesn't sound good. They also threatened to call the cops on me. I needed a car wash badly and wanted to support a local car wash so I found this place through Yelp. It was in the middle of the day and I had work to do so I brought my laptop. The lot was pretty busy on a Friday afternoon and although they did have an air conditioner waiting area, due to the language barrier confusion, I didn't find out until I was paying. However, instead I went to the restaurant across the street to eat and do some workb which was a nice alternative to the sweltering heat outside. I did have to wait in my car a bit until there was room to pull up. During this time I was able to watch at how fast and efficient the workers were cleaning the cars in the Texas summer heat. Once it was my turn, I was given an estimate of 45 minutes and exited the car. The estimate they provided was pretty accurate. Although my car was not spotless, it did the job. I did have to deduct one star though because in the midst of cleaning my car, the removed my sun shade and never replaced it. I called and was told it was there, but due to the language barrier with the person that answered it actually wasn't. They did have a lost and found, but my particular one wasn't there. I was a bit annoyed to have not only lost my sunshade, but also the time to try to get it back without much recourse. I would return for the price and the location, but hesitate if it means losing something else. read more

The absolute best hand car wash that we've experienced in Houston. There are not the frills that you have at some of the other hand wash places nearby. What you do have are employees who take care of the details on the interior and exterior. While other hand car washes nickel and dime you, here, the price is the price and they do what you'd expect, like the under carriage and drying near the trunk. If you're wondering what that means, look at those the next time you get home after having your car washed. They also do the leather seats; and you don't have any of the liquid clogging the perforations of your heat or a/c cooled seats. Highly recommend and another benefit is that it is right across the street from Spanish Flowers, so you have breakfast or lunch while you wait.
