I hired Vasil Home Service in May 2025 to clean my solar panels and seal the gutters. They completed the work, shared pictures, but left. Now, in September 2025, after last night's rain, I noticed two spots where the gutters were not sealed properly and water is dripping. I texted them to send someone to fix it, but have not received any response. *update Vasil representative called me , scheduled time and fixed the issue. Shared pictures with me. Reached me via text as with other reviewers. Was persistent, but friendly. Finally booked them. Super Bowl Sunday. One guy came out and from the ground did a good job. No messes. Waste put in trash can. Seemed fine. I checked later in the week because of a persistent dripping sound and went up on the roof and saw that they only completed about 40% of the job and left the worst sections undone. I did not opt-in for text message solicitations. I asked how they got my number and they said they get it from previous searches. I did not make any such request. Hypothetically, even if I did, they still did not receive an opt-in. "Under the TCPA, businesses are forbidden from contacting consumers via SMS without their written consent. That means, even if a customer has filled out their mobile phone number when filling out a form on your app or website, you don't have permission to send them an SMS message." I called them and asked them, and they hung up on me twice. I reported the illegal soliciation to the ftc. They are dishonest people. read more

DO NOT use this company...SCAM! Specifically, any guy named "Mikey"... he along with this company is nothing short of theft and dishonesty. I hired them to fix leaks, clear moss build up and replace broken tiles, and conduct an overall assessment of findings. The leak area did have some work done and new material put down, but that was all that was done. I made the mistake of paying these guys cash... for a roof job that I couldn't even verify workmanship. Shame on me for trusting. They left my roof in a complete mess...tiles broken and scattered everywhere on the rook. In many cases, tiles were removed and NOT replaced. The leaks were NOT fixed, more damage was caused because of how they DID NOT fix the flashing and tiles in the area- basically left everything half done. After having another person look at the work, they were shocked at the work that was NOT done and how the roof was left. I tried to contact "Mikey" the ring leader, I must have send 10 texts multiple phone calls. They do not reply to calls or text. Finally, he replies a few days later with this: "Apologies for the delay in responding. We experienced an issue with our system and unfortunately missed your previous message. Could you kindly resend the pictures so we can review them? Our priority is to ensure everything is done properly for you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to resolving this promptly." Never heard from him again! They took the "cash" and ran. Like I said, shame on me for trusting them and paying them before I could check their work. The before and after pictures I was promised never showed what was actually repaired- they were just random roof pictures that really didn't show anything. This company does NOT deserve a business license... and I am not sure how little "mikey" sleeps at night after stealing from people. He came got the work done and left. We received an email with before and after pictures of our gutters, we also opted for the solar panel cleaning, which was done great. I get it- people feel spammed when they get texts but it's a tough world- you have to do what you have to do to market. We are happy with our results and the pricing was good. I am going to knock off 2 stars for the low quality of customer service. Gutters were cleaned. They did a decent enough job taking care to clean out the gutters. The problem with the company is the full experience isn't good and they don't care. Let me explain. After the service they sent me photos of their before and after work. They had portrait mode on their camera for some reason so most of the picture is blurry. The camera has a hard time picking a focal point so a section of my shingles would be in focus and the rest of the image, including the gutter was blurry and covered in generated bokeh blur. To be fair the blur is more noticeable on a computer monitor. A small phone can mask blurriness due to higher pixel densities and smaller screens, which makes blurry images appear clearer. But it doesn't mean they aren't blurry. Especially when the focal point is not placed in the right spot. I wrote them a note letting them know that I appreciated their service but the images being blurry wasn't ideal. They immediately got defensive. The should have said, "thanks for the feedback" but instead they fired back and told me MY phone was blurry because their images are perfect. OH MAN! LOL.... WOW!! I thought, you know what, I'll bite. I created a short video reviewing their images, explaining that the focal point is in the wrong place and the fake bokeh blur is making it hard to see the image. TAKE IT OUT OF PORTRAIT MODE! Portrait mode is for people, I explained. Their phone camera can easily have everything in focus if they turn off portrait mode. I thought this might be helpful feedback so they can start providing better photos to their customers. NOPE.... they eat rude flakes for breakfast!! They again rudely fired back with this exact quote: "We clean gutters not photographers and most people look on their phone not a big monitor. The job was done so we expect to be paid on it if you haven't paid yet" Firstly, I already paid and it's unfortunate that they don't know that. Secondly, customer service matters. It's about the whole experience, and YES your photos are part of that experience. Learn to take better photos! Solid 3 stars from me and due to the rudeness they have lost a future customer. read more

The text does have a "send STOP to end messages" but with how telemarketing works nowadays I don't reply to any spam because that has a high chance to put me a on list I don't want to be on. A gentleman by the name of Mickey called and left a voicemail message on my phone saying he was working on Bard on my neighbors solar panels and seen a pigeon crawl under our solar panels. As a result, he said he could come out and inspect it free of charge and then go over any pricing in order to fix the problem. Well, as it turns out, none of our neighbors had any work done on their solar panels today and all of the bird guard on our solar panels are just fine and there's no pigeons able to get under them. So this company and leaves your phone that are not true just downright lie trying to drum up business. It's a retirement community so I suspect they're trying to pray on senior citizens. Let me start off by recognizing the large number of reviews here that have a response from the business claiming that they are "fake reviews". After having dealt with Vasil, I can see how they aren't fake at all. At first, we scheduled a gutter cleaning and were told that they would arrive "some time between 9am and 5pm" on our scheduled date. First of all, that's a ridiculous timeline. When they finally showed up at 430, the "worker" spent all of 15min RUNNING across our roof (I can tell you weren't tied off with a safety harness as required by OSHA), and did nothing but spray out the gutters, and then demanded $150 in payment. When we protested, stating how we had clearly communicated that we wanted our gutters fully cleaned, not simply scooped out, the worker called his boss, who then demanded another $75 to finish the job. It is standard among gutter cleaning businesses that they are cleaned inside and outside, by the way. We refused payment because of the incomplete work, and have been communicating via email. Now, the "owner" has issued vague threats against us, claiming that "Russians don't like to be shorted". Oh? Is that right? What is that supposed to mean? That angering a Russian is somehow different than someone else? After further research, we have found that they have no business license associated with the state of Washington, and have multiple identities/businesses associated with the same phone number. We will continue looking into this, and will bring this to the attention of Labor and Industries. read more
