We knew then we had found our place. The GM Jorge was very attentive and gave us great tips that helped us get thru the process. He gave us great suggestions and references for several vendors (ex: Bakery, beer brewery, photographer.. etc) We were extremely pleased because he worked with our budget too. Even though i must have bugged with my million questions, Jorge always answered all my calls and answered all my questions. Our wedding day came in May 2018. I was a nervous wreck! But the team of factory took charge and relieved me of my stress. The place was gorgeous and our guests til' this day can't stop talking about how amazing the wedding was!!! (FYI- the Shots cart was super cool and a MUST) Everybody danced and partied until the very end!! This venue is highly recommended. My husband and I are very thankful for everything the Factory of dreams team did for to make our Wedding memorable. Thank you

We celebrated our girls 15 here and we choose this venue because of it's massive dance floor. Thanks so much for your expertise and allowing us to have an unforgettable night! 15

After reading the reviews online, I was a bit hesitant to move forward with this venue for my…read moredaughter's XV. However, when I went in to inquire pricing it was very straightforward and with no hidden fees. This alone kept my interest after shopping around for months. The package was affordable and mostly all inclusive ( I was responsible for cake and booze). It was a bonus that Tanya was a great communicator, patient (I had A LOT of questions) and flexible. My deciding factors for the 5 stars are as follows: 1. Bartender and Captain: Pablo, the bartender, was a sweetheart! He engaged with my guests, was always smiling and was very polite. Not only did he make sure that my husband and I were taken care of but he also made sure my guests all felt like VIP's. I appreciated the professionalism in also ensuring that there was no underage drinking. Captain Robert, ensured that the dinner service ran smoothly and offered to heat up the water for my Maruchan bar. He maintained professionalism, kindness and made sure I didn't need anything throughout the night. 2. Security: Leo was truly remarkable. He played so many roles beyond security (which he did a great job at). He helped in so many ways and handled business so that I can enjoy my daughter's party from the beginning, the middle to the end of the night. He maintained another level professionalism. My sister even mentioned how he went out of his way to help unload items for our Maruchan bar from her car at some point. Leo also made sure my husband always had a drink in hand. All the while being polite and professional when he had to cut off one of my guests who had a little too much fun. 3. Food and Cake: Just Wow! All my guests were raving about it days after the party. We had the Cesar Salad, Cordon Blu Chicken, with the German Potatoes, and Alfredo Pasta (yes, we love our carbs!). For my vegetarian guests, they served vegetable lasagna. I ended up ordering cake through the venue for an additional fee and it did not disappoint. Guests were also raving about it. We ordered the white cake with strawberry filling and the other flavor was Marble with Bavarian. 4. The flexibility: I loved that the venue was flexible and allowed me to bring in my own vendors from my Photo Booth, Shot Cart, Paleta Cart, Merch Stand, Maruchan bar and Tosti bar. 5. Decor: I will be honest, I wasn't crazy about the options for the decor however, Tanya and her team made it work and brought our vision to reality. Again, she was very patient with me during the planning process. 6. DJ: After reading the reviews, I was nervous. However, he had people on the dance floor all night and to me that is a win and even had lights and balloons to keep the party going. My only caveat is that for my daughter's picture slideshow, he played the brindis song over the song she had originally chosen. However, this may have been a slight miscommunication. Other than that, he was a great MC/DJ. 7. The photographer and videographer: I hired their in house photographer for an additional fee. I did not catch the photographer's name and I have yet to see the photos so I will update this once we get them. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks. We are on week 4. Videographer: He showed up on time and had great ideas for the video. He maintained professionalism and everything ran smoothly. We are still waiting on the video, I will update this when I receive it. Overall, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that your evening runs smoothly. Thank you Tanya and team for helping create a magical and memorable evening for my daughter.

The limited age range (all of us were in our 20s) made it feel like prom, but the food factor rang out wedding reception. There weren't any corny decorations, just a bunch of balloons that I happily popped at the end of the evening. I thought it was the perfect venue for such an event. That might have been due to the open bar and my 5 hours of drinking. Thanks to that, I was able to scare the ladies with my dance moves, and provide much entertainment for myself. 5 stars for the enormous dance floor. 1 star for the fact you couldn't have a drink out on the floor. 4 stars for the lack of enforcement of the rule. Overall, I'd say that if you have an event that will have 150-200 people, and want a lot of area to roam and socialize, this place is for you. The interior is a a bit too mundane and stale for a wedding reception, but not bad for any other type of large social gathering.

We had our wedding here in late May and the venue is a great blank slate! We were really able to…read morepersonalize it and it fit our large number of guests comfortably. We enjoyed having the flexibility of bringing our own catering, which made things very affordable! Unlike older reviews, we had no problems with our noise level and had tons of fun dancing the night away until 11pm. We rented the venue until midnight, which was a big sell for us as most venues we looked at required an end time of 10pm. Robbie the house bartender is amazing! He went above and beyond our expectations! (He also rents glassware and linens.) Anthony the grounds-keeper is a sweetheart and helped us out a ton with layout and planning. He was our main point of contact there. Jennifer, the rental manager, was a bit difficult to interact with at times. However, she is very punctual and returned our deposit and any paperwork quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience with this venue rental and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable yet beautiful place to host their special event :)

Straight foward communication would be nice if they don't want your buisness then just say so don't have people thinking they can book the venue when you know it's not going to happen. Be straightforward and say "sorry no availability this year or the next" it's that simple. I understand they are very busy that's why when I would get a response weeks later I didn't think nothing of it until I realized the whole situation was dragging. I hope this only happened to me and nobody else.

Inside was surprisingly a big open space with a dance floor and tree right in the middle. Wish the tree was real, but though fake, it still gave the woodsy vibes they were going for. Overall a good open space venue with plenty of parking.
