This venue was a strong contender for us largely because Oscar did an excellent job highlighting all of its advantages. He was incredibly responsive throughout the process and remained highly engaged in discussing our plans. =PROS= *Extensive decor included. The package came with beautiful florals and centerpieces, and we were able to view a sample table set up that felt simple yet elegant *Food was included and notably served plated, which is typically an expensive upgrade at many other venues *Clean bathrooms with multiple stalls, which was surprisingly uncommon after touring so many venues *DJ and wedding planner services were already included *Photobooth upgrade was offered at a very reasonable price =CONS= *Very limited parking. We were grateful valet service was included for our larger guest count, but I would strongly recommend this upgrade if not already part of the package *No groom suite. There was a small bridal suite available, though it would feel cramped for anyone beyond just the bride *Limited greenery surrounding the ceremony area. Aside from some shrubbery, there was very little natural scenery and noticeable street noise nearby The pricing was extremely competitive and this likely would have been our choice had I not personally prioritized a venue with more natural surroundings. From both a financial and planning standpoint, this option removed a lot of the usual wedding stress because of how many services were already bundled together. Hosted a holiday party here for my employer. The staff were attentive and amazing from start to finish. They answered all my texts and emails in a timely manner. I was not disappointed in their service as they were attentive and met all of my requests. They also made a few accommodations for my guests with allergies and for those who were vegan. Co ordinator created a scene asking for more money in the middle of affair since 2 adults 3 children appeared however 10 people no show! Called to complain afterwards to Carlo. We rented this space for a sweet 16. For one it's very expensive so a certain service is expected. It's nice but wouldn't use the services. The DJ wouldn't play any songs the family requested. The party planner forgot to set out the party favors and then they had someone come and do a food tasting during our set up also. Food was average. One of the doors wouldn't open to the outside. We had my daughter's quinceañera there one month ago today and I can honestly tell you that it was everything we had dreamed of and more. From the booking of the venue with Jose Luis, to the big details with Carlo, and all of the small details and itinerary of the event with our day of Coordinator Michelle everything ran so smoothly. Michelle made sure to be in touch with any outside vendors and we didn't need to worry about a thing but enjoy our daughter's 15 day! She would remind us when it was getting close to a certain time; for example if it was almost time for the slideshow etc so that we would be ready for it. She runs a tight ship and keeps everyone on time! The cake and food tasting were so well organized and helped us feel at ease with our selections. Dj Steph was awesome and such a good vibe that she brings to the party. She played the type of music we asked for and she did a great job of following the itinerary. All of the servers and bartenders were also great at their jobs! The drinks were amazing. We made a drink menu based on Molly's (head bartender) recommendations and the pomegranate margaritas were a big hit. We had so many friends and family telling us that it was one of the most organized and fun events that they had ever attended. Wow, where do I even start?! My husband and I booked with Vasa (previously known as Factory of Dreams) back in 2017 for our wedding because we wanted our special day to be on our 10-year anniversary (10/10/2020). Not surprisingly, the venue was hesitant to book that far in advance. However, my husband and I had a feeling it would be a popular date (and it sure was), so we really pushed for it. Martha and Valerie, our coordinators, were kind enough to reserve the date for us. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we had to postpone the wedding to another year (10/09/2021), but the wait was well worth it, and we had an amazing time. Martha and Valerie were on top of everything from the start! They were so professional and wonderful to work with. They also have such a great team who captured what we envisioned. I had a wedding at this hall in February of this year and here was my experience. I found this hall on social media while I was looking with my husband for a venue for our special date. Oscar was super nice when we met him and sat down with us going over what was included in their venue. We fell in love as soon as we walked in and we booked for our date. About a month before our wedding, we met with one of their coordinators. When we arrived, we were kinda standing there looking for him as it looked like they were setting up an event that same day he scheduled to met up. We were confused as to why they would schedule to see us if they had an event that day. A few minutes passed by and he finally met up with us to talk about our food choice and color scheme. He wrote everything down, but I told my husband I felt he would probably forget everything since they were busy hosting an event that same day. A week before our wedding, the coordinator Michelle contacted my husband to go over everything for our big day. But she was asking the same questions the other gentleman did a month before. And so I asked her why she asked the same questions when we answered these a month ago. She said they just want to make sure before they submit the final information. So we were a bit puzzled but went on. I was worried and stressed about everything coming together as even the DJ didn't contact us until we reached out a WEEK before the wedding. The day of our wedding came, and even that day was a bit of a mess. We had a seating chart for all of our guests, including our photographers as they were family. Michelle and another fellow coordinator were working that night. The other coordinator who was in charge of the kitchen, came up to my mothers table and told her the photographers should not be eating inside at the table but outside. This was very unprofessional as it made no sense at all. What also was unprofessional was Michelle, who took cake out of a family member's hands as they were leaving. The piece of cake we handed them was from our personal cake not the halls, and we also informed the other coordinator that they will be taking cake home. We did not know about it until the day after the party when my mother told me. Which my husband and I put together as to why Michelle came up to us claiming the family member "forgot the cake" and to call them back. Overall, the hall was nice and they gave us items to make up for all the stress they caused us for our wedding, but at the end of the day they only care about making business instead of actually resolving issues on their staff and communication. read more

I don't even know where to begin, VASA was a positive experience from start to end. My tour began with Oscar who was an easy going guy who showed us the venue and worked with our budget to get us started, when contracts were signed I was given a date for the food tasting via email and so began the journey. The venue was all inclusive with the exception of Photographer, Cake (although they offered a faux cake), BYO Beer and obviously your dress and suit. If you are on a tight budget this place is a great choice, it is already beautiful so it required little to no decoration on my end, and the bring your own beer aspect was a great way to save money too because if you are planning a wedding you know everything is incredibly over charged including alcohol packages. Along the way any time I sent an email with a question I had a return phone call within the hour by Carlo, he was great at making me feel acknowledged and reassured, giving me advice from his years of experience and previous events. When the food tasting happened I didn't know what to expect, They let me bring 2 other people along obviously I brought my future husband and my maid of honor. To tell you the food was Exquisite is an understatement, we were given 5 main entrees to pick from and 4 salads as appetizer choices. We picked the chicken chipotle with mixed veggies and rice pilaf () this was one of the most complimented thing about our wedding. After the food tasting was the meeting to discuss table set up and decor choices, we met with our assigned coordinator provided by the venue, she had set up various tables so we could see different ideas with different settings, we chose our color napkins table florals and isle decor. In that same meeting we finalized the food choice and with that we were basically set, a few weeks before the wedding we had a phone meeting to discuss the program and a meeting with the provided DJ to discuss music and sets, five days before the wedding I received a phone call by a coordinator by the name of Daniela letting us know that in a sudden change the assigned coordinator I had was no longer available and that she was taking over our big day, Obviously my blood ran cold and in true bride fashion I panicked. We were on the phone for about an hour and we went down a list of every single last detail including some last touches, she sent pictures of set ups that she felt would fit the wedding better and made changes my overly involved fiance wanted, I was still nervous but Daniela had this positive energy about her that by the end of the call I felt calm and confident everything would work out. I got married on a Sunday and the Thursday before the wedding we had a rehearsal dinner where I met Daniela and her husband Tony in person for the first time, they swiftly directed my unruly bridal party we ran it through a couple times and they listen to all my comments on decor changes and set ups for the Big Day. Sunday finally arrived and the wedding day was in full motion, When I arrived to the venue everything was already set up they coordinated with the cake decorator for drop off and all that was left was for guests to arrive. Daniela was with me every step of the way she fluffed my dress as I was about to walk down the aisle and Tony executed a smooth cocktail hour after. During the reception Daniela was on top of everything, keeping to a schedule and moving things along, keeping me updated the whole time. She also ensured there was time for my now husband and I to eat which everyone knows rarely happens, Tony kept a drink in our hands the whole night whether it be water or margaritas and both were constantly checking to see we were okay. After the wedding the staff gathered all of our stuff together and loaded it into our cars and with that we were done. The few hiccups that occurred during the wedding as they do at any event of this kind, the staff made sure we didn't have to stress about it and kept us calm cool and collected. All I can really say is wow. We are so grateful for all the staff's hard work and the patience and positive energy throughout the whole process.
