WE had to ask, "are we able to sit down and discuss pricing with you because we have no idea what you provide." We rented upstairs area for kiddos and getting ready. Really wonderful photo opportunities, especially because the park is down the street. We took our group photo there! They gave us plenty of space for our vendors parking lot and all patio areas. The lights inside are disable we never got around to it but it was very pretty. We used 14 tables and all rectangles and belly bars. The ceremony was so cute and perfect for our party. We had 125 ppl. Everything fit perfectly nobody felt squished, which during cover was very appreciated. We were able to get into a few weeks before and set tables up to see where we wanted all of them. eased the stress of seating arrangements. All The French doors to the venue , overlooking the water were just perfect. I was worried the 2 bathrooms weren't going to be enough but we had no problems all night. We got our full deposit back, that only happened cuz we had family that helped us clean up afterwards BUT its a fairly easy clean up just be sure to tell whoever cleaning CHECK THE LIST!
