I have been going to this place for years and this last experience I've had sealed the deal. First my nail tech was extremely rude to me. I accidentally bumped my hand while drying it under the gel light and she honestly yelled at me to be more careful. From there the fill was FORTY DOLLARS. 40 dollars. 40$. Went to this place on the Monday November 8th for dip nails and Ha took care of me. She was super nice but on Friday 12th the dip started chipping off. Then the dip completely broke off on one finger Sunday and the picture I took is from Monday the 15 literally didn't even last One week! Paid $63 for what? I normally do my own dip nails and they always last me two weeks. I'm very disappointed and pretty pissed off and honestly think I should get a refund. This was the second time I've been here. She then told me my tips were too long so $5 extra... I usually go to AK nails but it was last minute. At AK I can get what I had done here for $40 and at varnished it was $55. Walked with a gift certificate was taken before my coat was off. Very clean, plastic bags for each pedicure and new package of tools as well. Friendly staff and was great when I walked in. I am very particular when it comes to French pedicures, some of lines didn't match but overall nice job. Although this salon was clean, nicely decorated, and well staffed, that is where the positive reviews end. It took 2 hours for me and two of my girls to get mani/pedis, and only two of us got pedicures. And that's with an appointment scheduled. The owner was rude and seemed to have a personality problem. She was more concerned concerned with what was going on around the shop than the service. Our manicures chipped the next day, and my cuticles started peeling two days later. We paid for manicures that lasted a day, and attitude while we got them. Not my idea of good service. read more

My only complaint is that the woman who's in charge (in control of the sign up sheet and seems to be the boss) always makes my fingers bleed with my gel manicures. I normally love this salon, but when I called today they said they no longer take appointments and that it is walk in only. I walk in, write my name and sit to wait. Two people that come after me with "an appointment" are offered services ahead of me, while I wait for 20 min. I eventually just got up and left. Horrible customer service. Went in today for multiple services for my daughter and myself. I asked for a manicure and power dip nails. Never tried it before and thought I would give it a shot. Before the nail technician even started, I was moved three times into three different chairs with three different technicians. My old gel polish was taken off and my hands were placed in COLD water bowls. My cuticles were then trimmed and then I was told to wash my hands. The powder dip process was started, and finished and then a clear coat was put on my nails. I was then placed under the dryer. No lotion, no hand massage, no hot glove treatment. Nada. I went to the desk to pay for mine and my daughters services and was given a pretty steep price, I thought. They actually charged me for a manicure that I didn't receive. Their excuse, because I was getting the "powder dip nails", all the creams and lotions would interfere with the process. That bit of information should be explained to customers. Charging $10 for cuticle trimming is ridiculous m, not to mention I was bleeding in two different places. Oh and my daughters nails were just ok. Horrible paint job. Nails longer on the right hand than the left hand. Yes, you have a cute little shop, but customer service and talent is subpar. read more

I was never one to get my nails regularly done, but since having a gel mani here a few months ago I'm obsessed! The salon is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is so friendly and talented...I've come in with pictures of various nail trends (marble, chrome, and lots of different designs) and the nail techs have done an excellent job every time. The prices are reasonable but do seem to fluctuate a bit depending on who does your nails and how intricate the design. Cash is preferred, and appointments are recommended but they do take walk ins. read more

Very disappointed. I stopped by here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon with my 9 yr old daughter for a regular manicure and pedicure. We did not have an appointment. Waited just 15 mins - the only good thing about our visit. We were assigned one nail tech for the 2 of us which meant we were not getting pedicures at the same time. There were several techs without clients.This is only the second time I've ever taken her but I found it unusual and it took away from a special time for us. I asked if we could get our manicures together and everybody seemed mad about that including the tech that was doing ours. She started to cut corners, went through my pedi very quickly not completing the scrubbing, callus remover and a 30 sec massage. It got worse on the manicure. My daughters tech was friendly and took her time. Mine didn't even put a towel out or clean up the area first. There were chunks of nails all over the counter and the floor and I asked for a towel to wipe the counter down. Instead she just swept the nails out towards me off the counter, landing on me. When she clipped my cuticles and nails the pieces fell all over the heating pad mitts that had been just used- again no towel. Sorry next client! Disgusting. No massage at all this time, the focus seemed to be on getting done as fast as possible. We were not offered complementary drinks although my daughter did boldly ask.No one came to check that out nails were dry and we were good to go. Walked out of the door spending $75 plus a good-sized tip - angry that I had. I would not recommend this place. My experience was that they were dirty, unfriendly, and cut corners.
