Nice bar inside the restaurant. The bartender remembers your drink and keeps them coming. Locals and out of towers are always welcome.

The bartender Brittany was awesome. Made us feel right at home. Drinks are great and at a great price. Big screen tvs and good music.

If your ideal Friday night involves enjoying a beer while supervising someone else's children, this…read moremight be your spot. The vibe when we visited was less brewery and more unsupervised playground. Kids were running around barefoot, throwing mulch and rocks, while plenty of parents sat back with drinks in hand. My wife and I, along with several other guests, were repeatedly getting hit with rocks from children running around the property. Maybe this was an unusually busy night, but it was hard to relax or have a conversation between the constant chaos, the trains, and the swarm of kids treating the place like recess. I'd post photos, but every picture is mostly other people's children, and that doesn't seem fair. If you're looking for a quiet drink or an adult atmosphere, you may want to look elsewhere. If you're looking for a place where the kids can run wild while the adults have a drink, you'll probably fit right in.

I've been here twice and had great experiences both times. Not sure what's up with the bad reviews!…read more They have a TON of seating - indoor and outdoor. Their outdoor patio is fantastic. You can order from the bar for beers/the counter for food OR you can use the QR code. Both are incredibly fast. Like had our food under 10 minutes which was awesome. Bar has something for everyone - some great beers, cocktails, and wine. Peacemaker was good as always. I always upgrade to fries then regret it because their chips are bomb. The only complaint here is the amount of meat/seafood they put on their sandwiches - it's like bread with a few shrimp. For the price you're paying (almost $20 an entree), I feel like you should be getting a little more meat. But at least it's good. I got a burger this time and the patties were seasoned super well and honestly very, very good. Such a cool spot, especially on a nice day. Great spot for beers and hanging out with friends.

Walk in and there are plenty of tables, a couple of gathering areas, standing room narrow tables, an outdoor area, and a room off to the side. I went for the Logboat Dark Matter which I have had before in a can and wanted to try on draft. I enjoyed it very much. You know what is great?! Since they don't have food, you can bring it in yourself. Both times our group has met up here Katie's Pizza is the choice and its in the same parking lot. You can't go wrong with Katie's. Bartender is on the ball and friendly, TV's all around, not too loud so you can talk. Wednesday nights they have Trivia and I stayed for the first round, it was very current for the current event category. Get a pizza from Katie's, go here, have a beer, have fun!

We had 10 and we were able to sit around the long stationary table in the middle of the room. Global Brew Tap House does not charge for the event room. Bartender was friendly and offered to keep a tab. Lots of parking. Loved this place!

A one of a kind dive bar that is great for Blues games. Originally a filling station in 1904, it converted into a tavern in the 1930's. Grandfathered with local liquor licensing, TGI almost went extinct in 2010 when longtime owner Frank Rodman passed away (RIP). In 2012 it was purchased by former Blues hockey player Jim Campbell and his wife, Jennifer (a Kirkwood native), who did a thorough refresh and renovation. Jennifer's great uncle actually owned the tavern earlier in the 1960s, so it was a natural return to the family. They have a full bar with reasonably priced drinks. Didn't see a food menu (need to confirm cause looks like maybe they used to) but bar snacks (pretzels and chips). Someone ordered pizza delivered which seemed like a good option. The vibe is like you are inside a house, with couches and a fireplace. They have a small back patio to enjoy nice weather and they do allow smoking outside. For games, there's Golden Tee, a jukebox, and steel tip dart board (which was kinda blocked by Golden Tee). If you happen to be in Kirkwood and feeling thirsty, check it out. I'll definitely be back to watch more Blues Hockey!

There were so many options that looked appealing. We split the bean dip appetizer which was super flavorful and fresh. Do wish there were a few more toasts to spread the dip on but the veggies also made for good dippers. Prices were decent and the happy hour looks like a good thing to check out with $5 drafts. Will definitely be back to explore more of this menu.

We were seated with our wonderful server, Nina (I believe). She was friendly, chatty, and very knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant itself. My dad and I started with drinks off the cocktail menu...I got a spicy marg (I don't remember the exact name), and he got a traditional margarita. My spicy marg was fabulous! It had a little heat, but it wasn't overwhelming. My dad unfortunately had a mix-up with his drink, but once we let Nina know, she happily made him the right one. It was also delicious! For food, we had the chicken wings, which were incredible!!!! They're crispy, spicy, delicious, and they will absolutely be devoured again someday soon. We also had a house side salad and split the hot dog. The hot dog deserves an entire post of its own. Holy smokes. It is crunchy, smoky, juicy, sweet, deliciousness....if you are a hot dog fan, you HAVE to try this. I will absolutely be back to try their french onion soup and grilled cheese on a cooler day. That's a threat and a promise.
