There was some confusion amongst them regarding whether carbon toes were truly non-composite toes but all of that got cleared up by the guy at the register. He saved my feet from being chemically dissolved since I'll be handling volatile raw materials for pharmaceutical manufacturing! Yay! I get to keep my skin on my feet! All in all, I walked out with boots that my company paid for and went merrily about my day.

The premade skateboard is less expensive starts at $199, prices varies depending on the design and materials used, but may son preferred to customize his own skateboard so that's why we paid a little more. She told the customer to go to Mission Valley instead and stated that she herself was the manager when asked to speak to one. The customer was understandably upset. Seeing this interaction while waiting in line made me feel unwelcome as well. Later, that same manager was taking photos on her phone, though it wasn't clear why. This isn't the first time I've observed this kind of behavior at this location--I've witnessed similar rudeness twice now. Even though it wasn't directed at me, it still left a bad impression. They could really benefit from better customer service training, especially at the management level.

The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. I gave them only 3stars because they failed to inform customers their VIP Benefits/rewards. I checked their website that if you join the rewards program they offer discounts and coupons. I asked the guy store associate about the program and he was kind of Jerk and Hubby doesn't want to deal with it, too much hassle to return the shoes and buy it again. Well, we didn't save money, lol. Anyway hubby doesn't care - happiness is seeing my kid is happy :) This location is inside Plaza Bonita Mall. Shopping in San Diego, California…read more.. This was my first visit to Las Americas Premium Outlets... The first store I visited was SKETCHERS Factory Outlet. I have been wearing SKETCHERS daily and some day, these two pairs of shoes will need to be replaced. The two styles that I have have been discontinued. I saw one shoe style at the outlet that I wanted to try, but it wasn't available. I had asked one of the workers to check the back. I found one pair at the Clearance rack and one on the regular shelf, but they don't qualify for the Buy One, Get One Half Off promotion because one of the pairs is a Clearance item. Shucks! Oh well... I liked the backpack that the purchased shoes were in. I deposited the shoe boxes myself outside the store because the store doesn't keep the boxes.
