No greeting, no contact, rude, argumentative, mocked us, told us to come back another day (that's a great technique for keeping customers), and extremely unprofessional. One especially was a disappointment in her attitude. Saw no problem helping someone else who arrived 30 minutes after us. Then Liz came along - apologetic for our hour minute wait and for the way we had been treated. Very cheerful and helpful. She knows how to treat customers. Brought out several shoes for my friend who had just had knee surgery. Very knowledgeable and kind. Maybe the other employee didn't have any training but NOT arguing with a customer (3 of us) seems to be a "duh" in retail. We will visit the other store next time we need shoes or go to Dillard's.
