I really appreciated how knowledgeable and supportive James was. You can tell he really loves helping customers find the perfect shoe and he really knows a lot about the brands and how each might fit the wearer. Given how much time we spent there and the stride testing and attention to detail I was assuming the prices of the shoes would be at a premium, but I honestly thought the value was very reasonable and nothing you wouldn't see at another quality shoe store. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what brand would be best for my feet. They also have an xray to have more information about what will work well with your foot structure. She suggested that I might want an insert and she was right-the shoe with the insert was very comfortable. I wanted a different color and they ordered it. It came in within a week or so and the person that helped me with these shoes was also very helpful and helped me find the right insert. I'm really happy with the shoes. Having someone wait on you that takes the time to make sure you get the exact right shoes for you is wonderful. And the great shoes are a real bonus.
