I asked what I believed was a very normal and reasonable question about one of the products, and instead of receiving a helpful answer, the employee I spoke with immediately seemed irritated and annoyed that I had even asked. Her tone was rude and dismissive from the start, and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by trying to get information about something the store sells. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask questions before making a purchase, especially in a specialty shop where people may not know every detail about the products. Rather than helping me understand what I was looking at, she responded with visible frustration and an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. What bothered me most was how unnecessary the interaction felt. I was polite throughout the conversation and wasn't demanding or difficult in any way. I simply wanted assistance, which is one of the basic expectations when visiting a retail store. Instead, I felt like I was being talked down to and treated as though my question was stupid or not worth answering.
