One girl working greeted us once when we walked in, without eye contact, and never said anything again. The other one came out from the back and never said anything. Usually when I go into boutiques I'm used to light conversation and help being offered. Instead we just felt like we were unwanted in the store. Although there were amazing clothes we wanted to buy, we did not want to purchase anything because the customer service was so poor. This place has great potential but the employees need to do better.

I especially appreciated the the dresses all have pockets (!!!!!!) and they fit true to size, which was great since I didn't try on the dress I purchased until I left town. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, without over crowded racks. I had the chance to talk with the store manager, who told me that this is the first location in the US. EKKO is a Sri Lankan brand with shop locations there and in India. It was nice to think that I wasn't going to run into lots of people with the same dress as me, and totally a win for my teenage niece who was stoked to have a more unique dress. Whether you're local to Destin or just visiting, EKKO is totally worth a stop. I look forward to coming back on my next trip to Florida!

The bank said so we can dispute. It took 3 weeks for Synchrony to send paperwork, time wasted. The charges were not disputed yet. I am not paying anything on this closed Belk credit card.
