I went to the store tonight to exchange two pairs of shorts and presented my receipt. The cashier refused to exchange them because she said that they had been washed and worn. This was absolutely false - the shorts had been only tried on, never worn, and never washed. When I told her, she insisted that the items had been worn and washed, effectively calling me a liar. I told her that I did not appreciate being spoken to in such a manner. She then said that she couldn't exchange the items because they did not have tags. I checked the H&M return policy and it does not say that tags need to be attached to in-store purchased items in order to get a refund. Incredibly rude service and the store does not honor its refund policy. Beware of shopping there! read more

Love the store (brand H&M) for the past 30 years. Started buying way back when in Europe. Now this store has become unkept cluttered disorganized and makes it hard to want to shop there. It's a fine store. It sells clothes that may not be up to the taste of some people which doesn't justify a 1 star. Clothes are cheaply priced and simple with good quality. Customers are welcoming and do their job fine while following mandatory policies such that of the covid policies which many dislike; again doesn't justify giving the store a 1 star. H&M has nothing that fits an adult male. I know what you're thinking. "Hit the gym fatty." "Lay off the twinkies!" Well I actually do need to do both of those things, but I'm just a large framed guy. I wear a standard XL Tee, but I can't even get my head through an XL at this place. My well endowed wife didn't fare much better. She's smuggling balloons if you know what I mean. read more

Of course, the prices are lower than other brands, but if you want to buy more durable clothes, avoid this place because their clothes maximum for one or two times wearing! read more

either change your hours online or be true to when you say you close. second time I've tried to return something and the hours say you close at 9:00 but the manager is letting people out of the store at 7:20 and saying you are closed. not a good look I'm never one to leave a review but I'm literally trying to return your product because it sucks and I can't even do that. If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually don't like posting reviews unless it needs one. They finally had their fitting rooms open after 2 years so customers were obviously trying things on. I stood there for 10 min while fitting rooms were open, empty and could be used. Two older female employees were standing there complaining about how many go backs they had and didn't want people to try things on because they were so annoyed. A girl asked for a different size and she said "no I have so many go backs I'm behind I can't". A guy behind me had a lot of stuff and she was so angry and made him feel really bad to the point where he said "it's ok I'll just put everything back". Eventually he got to try things on but she made sure everyone knew she was mad. What I assume was the manager and coworker were standing there ignoring people waiting so they could continue to talk down about other employees. I wanted so many items but was so annoyed I decided to spend my money else where. Find new employees! read more

This store Discriminated against me because I am an Asian American with a medical disability. They allowed me in to shop without a mask on but as I approached the counter to pay, the store employee radioed very loudly to the rest of the store employees to do a mask check on the sales floor while making eye Contact and rolling her eyes at me. Everyone looked at me and I felt extremely embarrassed. I will never support businesses or individuals who represent segregation. Do better. read more

For H&Ms, this has probably been my best experience with this clothing line. Easy parking for the outlet. The store was really well organized and sizes were easy to find. Before you get a complex over your size here, I'm usually a 2/4 and I run a size 8 in their skinny jeans. I've come to terms with it. Besides their normal sections that they have at most H&M, they also had a workout section, solids/staples section, extensive kid section, and quite a few colder weather items here as well. Their dressing rooms were clean, and while there wasn't much of a staff presence to get other sizes, I usually just bring a couple sizes in with me. You can take up to 7 items into the dressing room and they'll put the other ones outside your room. Besides the size-up tip, ladies don't be afraid to wander into the dude section. They've got some very adrogynous items that can look just as good on a lady. I bought two dude sweaters for $10 and $15 that I would've paid full price back at home. Score! Some secretly more expensive things always seem to be dressed and oddly enough some of their belts, but I'm happy with copious amount of purchases made at this location and will definitely hit them back up next time I venture to Destin. read more

This is place is like Old Navy prices for high fashion. The store was large and there were many items for everyone in the family. As a tall guy there were fewer options but it may be that their key demographic is of a smaller stature. The staff was friendly and treated you like you would expect at a higher end store. The whole lay out was like a fancy store. They appear to be the only ones offering high level fashion as a low cost competitor. This store specifically was very clean and their were plenty of mirrors so that people could look at their clothing as they are considering what to try on/purchase. read more

H&M - Children's Clothing Near Me - Destin, Florida

If you want to skip the story, moral is: make sure you double check your receipts if you shop here. I am pretty disappointed in this brand, I have been shopping here more and more lately and came in to grab a couple things. When I was checking out, the amount was a good amount more than what I expected, now I am never the person to scrutinize a receipt or cost of a bill (to the point it's a fault almost) but, for some reason, I had a weird feeling. I check my receipt and I was double charged for a 25$ sweater. It happens, and is understandable, I turned around and the cashier seemed irritated at first but apologized in the end as she had indeed double charged me. Well I get home and sit down with the receipt to make sure everything else was correct, and sure enough I was also double charged for a 15$ scarf. All in all, they over charged me by 40$ and I never would have noticed if I didn't sit down and check off and add up every item from my receipt (which is not fun to do). I had just got home and so I called customer service because I didn't want to go back again- especially because at this point the situation was a bit uncomfortable, not insinuating anything but two double charges seems suspicious to me- especially because I paid for part of it in cash. And the total "changed" multiple times. I explained the situation to the customer service rep and she offered no help or an apology and pretty much said "well if you want any money back you need to go back to the store for a refund" (again). All in all I just decided to take the loss and write this review instead. I understand a mistake, but the fact that I was over charged twice and then the customer service rep brushing me off left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be taking my business elsewhere and letting everyone I can know to double check their receipts and keep a guard up when shopping here read more

really disappointed, they need a bigger men's section. 1/2 the store is women's, 1/4 is kids, and 1/4 is men's. I went multiple times within a month to try and get boots and they never have them in my size. I asked them if they had any in a 11.5 and they said they only get 1 or 2 pair in and they go quickly. so, maybe order more? they said I could order them online but I didn't see them online, but all the similar boots were sold out in my size - go figure. very stylish clothes though read more
