Could not get an answer. he did say he could make it right, but how can you make it right when you can't get later on? I explained to him what fitting room he can go to and find all of their clothes re-folded and hanging. Also asked also why the shelves were in such disarray that a customer had to straighten them so that I could find a size I was looking for. again, no answer. Left behind two outfits and a suit. Guess I will go elsewhere after wasting about 2 1/2 hours of my time.

My two groomsmen and myself bought our outfits from three different stores in the Chicagoland area, and I was told we could bring them by a location closer to the wedding site for a pressing. Everyone didn't get into town until morning the day before my evening wedding. I think we kind of caught them off guard but Mr. Wright and Marianna (I didn't catch the spelling of her name - I hope I got it right!) gave the best customer service EVER! They were able to take our shirts & pants and ensured the job would get done ASAP to give us enough time to pick them up and get ready the next day without having to rush. Even engaged in some banter while the tickets were being written up. These two employees gave me the LEAST stressful experience of my wedding week! So many places lack superb, friendly and speedy service but your employees were THE textbook definition of that! We will most definitely return to Destin, and if I need something nice to pick up for a date night, I will absolutely get it from this store! Thank you so much!

They had to shorten the jeans and the first attempt, they were still too long and the quality of the alteration was horrible. You can't reuse the original seam if you are shorting a flared bottom jean by 2 inches! We asked for them to redo the alteration and shorten another half inch as they were dragging on the floor. It took another two weeks before they finished the second alteration. We went to pick up the jeans and the alteration was still horrible. All they would say to us was they are not returnable once an alteration is done. Well they royally screwed up and feel like we wasted a chunk of money on a pair of jeans that are not wearable. They look horrible. So, I would not recommend Buckle based on my shopping experience.

She went over with me to see the sign and asked her manager. The manager stated they weren't. My son needed the pants, so I had to buy but I was then ridiculed for asking the question. The manager and staff were so disrespectful, I was appalled. What has happened to any customer service?
