What was so silly about this is that my husband was dressed in Peter Millar clothing and shoes that day when he visited the store. When my husband went to look at a pair of shoes in the store and determined that they did not have his size, instead of asking if he could help, the employee went behind my husband to straighten the shoes up. Ridiculous! We are hosting a tournament for the World Golf Championship that will happen in Memphis, Tennessee later this month. We live on the 15th hole / 16th tee box. He was hoping to purchase Peter Millar gifts for our guests. Good luck with that crew working there. The only take away that I have from this experience at this Peter Millar Store is that (1) the employees work for themselves and they decide what a Peter Millar customer looks like (we are Black people); (2) they don't know Peter Millar clothing when they see it on a person; (3) we won't be coming back to this store.

Spent the next couple of weeks trying to locate the package or get a refund. Very poor communication from the staff and manager at the store, different sales associates called us and we had to describe the circumstance all over again. Tried to call yesterday and the phones were down. Appears very amateurish and poorly run. I like the clothes, but avoid this store and go elsewhere or buy on line.
