Just got the email they will be closing their stores. I realized they were going to be closing because the shoes were never restocked. Since they just filed for bankruptcy I knew they would be closing. Sad because I found great shoes and accessories. read more

Honestly, yes, the deals are amazing. That is why I go in the first place. The selection is so-so. It is often in very few sizes and in compleat disarray. The store itself is old, a little dirty, and often has broken things in it. Both in merchandise and the store itself. If you have read any other review saying the staff is horrible, that part is true. The staff is horrible and rude. They are the worst part of the store. There have been some exceptions but overall they will avoid you and become annoying they the have to interact with you ( as in do their job). Most of the problems can be easily overlooked if it wasn't for the staff. But again, the deals are great. read more

Literally left the store about 45 minutes ago and so disgusted with my experience here that I needed to leave a review in the parking lot. We are in town visiting, and walked in here to do some quick shopping on our way to pick up dinner for the family. Saw three different employees and NO ONE even attempted to help us, just stared. After walking through the floor with no assistance I asked where the children's section was (tired of being ignored). After the hurried interaction from the sales associate, we continued to experience "circling" of associates in the vicinity of where we were looking but never acknowledged us or helped. After seeing that their baby section only consisted of few racks we decided no thanks, and decided not to browse any other areas further due to the way it felt in there- better for us to leave & spend our money eleswhere. As we were walking out, another employee came and quickly locked the door. The website states they close at 8pm, it was 7:42pm. Please note all of the above if you arrive the hour before they are supposed to close OR do not look the way they think paying customers should look?! Weird experience, especially when I'm always ready to spend $. My experience in the neighboring stores at this location such as Crocs, Banana Republic & Disney, for example, were the complete opposite- customer service was 100% amazing. I have had wonderful experiences in this area each year we visit and the experience tonight at this Saks Off 5th store was the exception- truly awful. SUCH cute clothes at decent prices! We stopped in Destin while visiting Florida last week to see what kind of deals we could get on clothes and such. I am so glad we went back Saks. The clothing and sunglasses were designer brand at a discount! I got the cutest white lacy romper for 50% off! And the sunglasses were out of this world cute and cheaper than normal. I ended up signing up for a discount card/account so I can use it everytime we are in town/state and get more cute items for my closet! :) read more

I'm torn here. This is the only place I'm aware of that carries the jeans I like, Hudson. The selection is hit or miss, I may only find a pair in my size and different than what I already own once a year. The price is high but definitely less than buying direct, and they usually have a decent sale going on. Customer service here is also hit or miss. Some associates are great while others will treat you like you're annoying to them. One other less than stellar issue is the location of the check out. There is one upstairs and one down but they are all the way in the back not on your way out. I'm not lazy...its just inconvenient. read more

it's the thursday before christmas, and despite this store overflowing with product, there aren't many people around to be seen. tell me why, then, as i'm holding $300 worth of product, i can't get a single sales associate to even LOOK at me, let alone ask me if i need help finding anything in this mess of a store ??? i spent about half an hour in here without a single word of acknowledgement or eye contact from any of the retail associates walking past me. fed up with being constantly ignored, i dropped my shit and left. in case you haven't noticed, this store is located in the middle of a massive outlet mall. people WILL spend their money elsewhere. read more

My mom purchased a Chloe Baylee bag that was marked at $950, she noticed weird creasing the SA helping us have her a 15% discount. The SA was named Amber or something so helpful to her even though my mom was literally being the most annoying client...she seemed very happy to sell my mom the bag. I'm disappointed when I drive 45 minutes to this store. They have everything the other Saks off Fifth didn't want. I went to the location in nyc and was blown away at the selection and all the designers. The sandestin location is very picked through and they don't have many good designers. Their buyer or distribution center needs to send better stuff. read more

Customer Service is no good! Visited Saks to pick up some dresses for my daughter to wear for pageant appearances. I was in the store 20 minutes and 4 different associates walked by me and no one assisted me or even attempted. I saw a few dresses I would have love to purchase but didn't receive the assistance needed. read more
