Service was horrbile here. I had purchased a pair of shorts on a Monday and the following day I noticed there was a hole in them so I wanted to just exchange for ones without a hole and the black woman was extremely rude to me like I was the one who did something to them not to mention I was literally going to by another outfit in a different color. So, I was not asking for money back just a product that didn't have a hole in it AND I was going to purchase something else. The Hispanic woman didn't say a word and would not give either of their names. I wanted to use their names when I filed my official complaint to Calvin Klein. If you see women working who seem like your an annoyance to them for shopping in the store, I recommend leaving and coming back when they are not working. Worst experience of my life, you get better customer service at a walmart than this store. read more

I got to the store around 7:35pm andThe lady at the store she act like she was bothered by as coming in late and talking really rude and wasn't smiling or talking nice then she got rude because I got two young daughters playing around so we left without buying anything and the sad part we drove almost two hours to buy from this store And when I asked about the manager number guess what she's the floor manager it's really sad what a such beautiful items with bad service read more

I was trying to exchange an item I have NEVER worn and the lady accused me of leaving deodorant stains on it. The "stains" were dust marks from sitting in the store too long, they rubbed off easily... definitely not deodorant. But again, the lady was being EXTREMELY rude and accusatory towards me. All the tags were still attached, it was obvious I never wore the item. I'm very upset that this happened because I've never had any issues there before. read more

They each picked a new toy (yup, we spent over $100. on that little bit of spoiling!), when we were paying the person checking out our order asked us if we would like to buy a plastic Disney bag to put our purchases in? I said no thank you that I would take a regular bag. I was informed that "sorry, Disney is being 'green' and doesn't do plastic". Really? You were ready to sell me a plastic bag. So I asked if they had paper ones? Nope. They only have plastic ones to buy. So, we had to carry our purchases around the outlet mall...until we went to the Nike store. Nike store graciously offered us a shopping bag to carry our purchases. I personally can't stand when companies claim to be 'green', but it's all a show.
