I think it's a reliable Goodwill store, I never leave empty-handed. It's obviously hit or miss when you go to places like this, but I find the staff incredibly pleasant and welcoming. It's a well organized store where you can find what you need, and the prices are really great. read more

Selection was not great and anything decent was so overpriced compared to other goodwills.

Quite overpriced oddly enough. For example, some shoes in horrible condition would be a whopping $30! Selection was about what you'd expect.

Was looking for something to do in the Santa Rosa area and drove past Goodwill a couple of times. I finally decided to take a look and to my surprise the building was huge! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The clothes were also very organized given the huge stock that they had. read more

I really like the way the store is organized. The workers need to learn the difference between a blouse and a t-shirt. T-shirt /tē SHrt/ noun a short-sleeved casual top, generally made of cotton, having the shape of a T when spread out flat. Goodwill price $2.97 blouse /blous,blouz/ noun 1. a woman's loose upper garment resembling a shirt, typically with a collar, buttons, and sleeves. Goodwill price $4.97 I questioned it at the time, why I was being charged for blouses. One staff member said they were off of the wrong rack like that changes what the item is. Another said that as employees there is a camera on them at the cash registers so management would know if they had done anything incorrectly. Makes you wonder whos pocket the extra $2 off each t-shirt x10 went on to. read more

Merchandise was well organized. Prices were clearly marked. Store is very clean. Register associates were very pleasant. It appears they spend a great deal of time sorting out the merchandise so that everything is organized by color, size, gender and style. For example men's T-shirts are all in one area and go from small to extra large, sorted out by color with in each size and all clearly price tagged. That is a huge help and makes it even simpler than shopping at Walmart. I found a very unique items that fit me for two dollars and the T-shirt area. Also in the furniture and housewares section there are some interesting items. I bought a wine bottle holder for five dollars which is brass and has painted ornamental flowers on it. read more

This is a pretty big store, compared to the others I've been too. It's nicely organized and very clean. I come here to get work shorts, because bullocks to shelling out money for new ones that are only going to last for a few weeks. The staff here is polite and accommodating. They have a very impressive selection of books. It's rarely crowded in here. Peruse with ease, and be sated. read more

This goodwill always has amazing finds and the workers are so kind and helpful :) I really like the high end stuff they carry here and it always just seems like they have a mix of classy and beachy and the occasional weird item haha. This is a CLEAN, WELL ORGANIZED store. I'm a flight attendant and I like thrifting in different cities and surly will come back to this one. Got some really nice named brand clothes for a great price. Ralph Lauren sweater dress with patches on the sleeve only $12.99. Friendly employees. I didn't buy it but they had a baby grand piano for about $1200. I recommend you check this Goodwill out if visiting. If I were a resident I would frequent this store. read more

Goodwill in Florida is very different than in Oregon. I think they don't have as much inventory because this area has been plagued with storms that have made people need to replace their belongings. Very nice building. They did not accept the Goodwill rewards card that I have, so I don't think they are all affiliated. read more

Great place to get books but the prices on clothes/shoes are NOT thrift store prices. They throw in a lot of new items and never have specials. You'll do better at a regular store shopping the sales. Clean store and friendly staff but they need to price things according to all the other Goodwills/thrift stores. A brand name pair of used shoes can cost $20. Silly! read more

One of the best thriftstores I've been too. We go several times during our week in Florida each year and almost always find things to bring home, usually books but this year, books and records. It's large, bright, and airy. Great selection with fast turn over. Staff is courteous, items clearly marked. Always well stocked on clothes, shoes, accessories, books, and household items. read more

A friend drove from AL to meet me in the panhandle, from there it was about an hour and 15 minutes to get here. IF we had turned right and not left on 98. Anyway, it was well worth the trip. We made out like bandits. I just wish I lived closer so I could check in a few times a week, as the items changed while we were there. The merchandise was in excellent shape, priced affordable, and clearly marked. The store is clean, extremely organized, color coded, and the people that work there are top notch, friendly, helpful, constantly filling shelves, arranging merchandise, putting clothes back in the right size section, never saw one stop, and we were there a long time. And we will be back. This time we won't have lunch at Stinky's...that was a big let down. read more

I have been to dozens of Goodwill retail stores in four states and this is by far the worst. The pricing is absurdly high and they put out clothing items that are torn and badly stained. Also they almost never sort their clothing according to the size signs that they have on every rack. Recently in the extra large shirt section more than half the items were under a size 10! The whole set up of the store and its maintenance seem apathetic. I saw two badly worn Vera Bradley purses with dirty handles and worn corners priced at 19.99! I think they can get away with the pricing structure because they are near a wealthy area on the coast but this is a big disappointment compared to all the other Goodwills I have shopped. About a mile away is Caring and Sharing, a not for profit thrift store with a much better selection and very low prices. I much preferred it. read more
