Everything was great until I was trying to get help from an employee and she kept walking away from me and was more worried about what her coworkers were up to. I finally gave up on trying to ask her for help, I got a look at her name tag eventually and I believe it was Mandy. Best Home Goods EVER! I'm from Missouri and I've never seen a store so stocked up! I wish we had this at home!

how is it possible for 2 register to be open while there's a line of at least 5 different groups of people !!! they had a lot of cute stuff don't get me wrong !! but when we're in line we had 2 things a little trinket box and a little utensils cup ! a lady in front of us was returning some stuff !! we waited for at least 15 mins and yet no change in the line. the lady at the first register was eating snacks and drinking a coke. the lady at the second register was going back and forth with different thing and making her daughter get more things for her !! absolutely absurd ! never going back this place !! don't risk !!! read more

I went to this store to buy new breedings for the condo we just bought. I spent over $500 in bedding and bathroom rugs to find out, the next day when I was setting all the beddings on the 4 beds we have that one of the bedding had missing pillow sham and missing pillow but worse: the whole bedding had apparently been previously been returned after being washed and was still damp. But this is not the reason for my 1 star review. When I went to return the damp comforter and explained the reasons why I needed it returned the store manager truly doubted the veracity of my words and believed I was lying. Well, I am truly sorry she had that attitude because now I will drive to the Home Goods in Fort Walton to spend the few thousand dollars I had planned to spend in redecorating our newly bought condo! read more

Great store which is like a Tuesday Morning, Cost Plus, and Pier One Imports all in one. Very convenient location especially when you need to shop at Marshall's and Home Depot which are in the same strip. Lots of designer items for a lot cheaper than other stores. read more

Feb 6,2024 at 9:40am. Manager with the dark hair was extremely rude and confrontational to me for no reason. Came in with a return literally no other customers in the store. I passed six employees on my way to the register that were restocking not one greeted me. I got up to the register. There were four with lights on and No associates. I just stood there very obviously, waiting patiently Until the manager finally noticed me. She directed me to go to registered 2. I did as I was told and then I continue to sit there and wait while no associate came over to help me. The manager continued with her back towards me to have a conversation with another employee. After a few minutes, I asked her if there was anyone coming to which she snapped at me and said I'm sorry I'm dealing with a customer issue. I said I'm sorry, but I am also a customer and you literally have six other employees just standing around here. Then she snap back. I told someone to come, but I guess they didn't hear me. How Is this lady a manager? Her tone of voice to me was rude and argumentative for no reason. Even one of the employees looked shocked. I love HomeGoods. This was one a pleasant experience. They seemed to fit so many more things into their store and the choices were awesome. The artwork was beautiful and I wish I could have bought some to take back home with me, but we are traveling with two babies and the car is full. I was able to buy some home decor that I am really excited about and a toy for my son that he loves. Additionally, the customer service here was exceptional. The man working here helped me check a price of a heavy item and was incredibly pleasant, so was my cashier. I hope to come back on a future trip and more room in the car! read more

Cool place, if you like this kind of stuff...which I do. The store is located next to Marshall's which I thought was odd until I realized that they are owned by the same company. Smart! Guess Marshall's will ditch their home decor section and focus more on clothes now. The store is bright and organized by each department nicely. Lamps, Furniture, Bedding, Art, Dishes, Bath and many miscellaneous household good options are available. Imagine pieces of Pier One, Kirklands, SteinMart, Bed Bath & Beyond etc...kind of rolled into one store and you've got HomeGoods! read more

If you can't find something you like/need for the home here something is up! It's a conveniently located, well organized store with very helpful employees. We've been there a number of times and have always enjoyed browsing and been highly satisfied with the items we purchased in terms of quality and price. If you find something that has an imperfection they can take off 10 percent in most cases. If you push for it certain employees are authorized to take off 15 percent due to damage. I'm told this is the highest discount that can be offered in this example. They stay busy so expect a line upon checkout. Friendly staff makes it easy to remain patient. read more

Overall it's a decent store has a nice selection of various types of items but not many subsections of items so to say. They have an area where you can buy flatware but it is very minimal they have some furniture for patio which is also very limited overall the selection is ok it's no Bed Bath & Beyond and the price points are all right I suppose. My main issue with this place is the fact that there were no people around to take care of the customers. You could not find an employee anywhere and we were waiting in line behind for other people who have easily been waiting there since we walked into the store and nobody decided to come up and help or offer any assistance to the one employee working the cash register. We had one item that we wanted to purchase we waited... And waited... And then we walked out. The reason why I'm not giving this place one star is because maybe I just caught them on an off day and I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Get it together guys. read more
