My experience yesterday was something out of the ordinary. I have never experienced anything like it in South Florida when I've shopped at TJ Maxx. I won't put details here but I can tell you that it was very disappointing. I definitely took the opportunity to write about it in the survey that they sent me via email with my receipt. The experience upset me so much that I contemplated making my daughter and her friend return the purchases that we made yesterday but I opted not to do so. The girls were oblivious to the experience, two giddy teenage girls that were just happy to be out shopping for the day while on vacation. I picked out a few items, but the purpose of our trip was for them to shop and while I was trailing and waiting on them. While waiting, I had time to observe what was happening while we were in the store and it was not a comfortable experience.

We were willing to pay for it to be shipped home. She told us we could buy it and take it to the post office or Fed Wx ourselves. Since this was near 7 pm, we knew this would not even be feasible since we fly out at 8 am. I cannot imagine a store in a tourist area which does not offer shipping. We have traveled all over the world and this is the first time this has happened to us. If you want something small, shop away. However, if your eye is on something large and expensive, go somewhere else who offer shipping on such things.
