Worst freaking store in a 50 mile radius. The people I encountered today are, in my opinion, a waste on this planet. The two huge ladies working toward the door, are like pond water. Actually pond water moves faster. I say huge, because the other ladies are small and skinny. The bigger ladies also had attitudes on top of everything else, don't like a people person job, then quit. Terrible customer service. The lady checking us out would not help my mother with the store app to get her coupon scanned. Just kept telling her to "get the app" and my mother kept saying "I have it open right here" then when my mom finally found the spot to pull up the coupon, the lady said "see, it isn't that hard" in a very snotty tone. Having worked retail for over a decade...leave your shitty attitude at home and don't take it out on customers. read more

A nice clearance selection that is worth checking out, and staff is very helpful in shopping and they regularly send more cashiers if there are customers in line. Returns have been very easy, and they have a good selection. I pretty much did my mom's whole assisted living suite decor with a shopping cart full of their goods, and she is regularly told she has one of the nicest rooms at her facility, so it is a great one-stop shopping if you want to get some nice things all in one place. read more

This store does not have staff that are helpful. In front of the store on the sidewalk there is always a massive amount of items for sale. It has the appearance of a flee market. I will not be back. read more

Super friendly staff!! Good selections and have a lot more cosmetics and beauty supplies at this location. There were several clearance tables this week in most of the departments. I was so impressed with how friendly the employees were. It seemed each one said hello to me etc. Returned a waste basket but didn't have the receipt. The gal was so nice. read more

For the most part, my wife and I like the store. But there were several issues with my last purchase. For one, I ordered online and selected pick up in store. Order was ready before the quoted time, which was great. When I got to the store, the in store price was about $13 less than what I paid. I asked for a credit and it wasn't received that well by the staff. Smh. Secondly, the second half of my order wasn't available for in store pick up. When the items were delivered, they came broken in the box. Working with the store to resolve the issue now. Hasn't been a great experience thus far. read more

I love this store because it has a lot of unique things that I cannot find anywhere else. The customer service here is extraordinary, it's better than any retail business in this city. The employees are eager to help you find anything you need and really do go above and beyond. The 20% off coupons are one of my favorite things. We stopped in early this morning to get a gift for a buddies wedding. We recieved immediate help from the manager with printing out the registry. He was very personable and genuinely helpful. Through out our shopping we had several workers ask us if we needed help and They helped us find things we needed. When ready to check out, the two cashiers were very personable and willing to help as well. I can't remember the last time I recieved quality help from all aspects of a retail store. Not bad, not great. It's like any other Bed, Bath & Beyond. The reason I docked one star off was because the first time I came a sales associate kept staring at me. Anticipating if I needed help? I don't know, but it was annoying and unnerving at the same time. Kept crossing paths with him in the store. Product placement is not great. I had a hard time finding specific items. Needed a hanging towel bar, looked everywhere, FINALLY found it on a hanging endcap. read more

The people who work here have no idea what is going on. I ordered sheets from the Pensacola store because they were not in stock in Destin, they took my name and number and said they'd call within five business days to come and get the sheets. Long story short, they never called, had no idea what I was talking about when I called and asked them to look up the order and didn't even bother to try and help me. My boyfriend and I ended up driving to Pensacola ourselves to get the sheets, which were also overpriced. Do not ask these people to do anything for you, they have no understanding of customer service. read more

I don't usually write reviews for big chain stores unless there is something really worth mentioning. This is your typical BB&B minus they sell makeup and deodorant and shampoo....is this new? Whatever, I kinda like it! Anywho, they carry the typical BB&B stuff. Nothing special about this. However, every time I have come to this store the customer service has been fantastic. I have had two appliances of mine break, off my wedding registry. (Which we did at BB&B). Most recently it was my blender. I was so sad bc I LOVE my blender. Big smoothie fan. But I took my broken blender in and with no questions I was able to get a new one. Awesome. No receipt or box. That's just great customer service of you ask me. And will keep me shopping there! This review is based primarily on Jennifer's outstanding customer service . This is your standard Bed Bath & Beyond with the same selection that you can find at just about any other Bed Bath & Beyond. It's difficult to leave a review about this place because it is just an overpriced retail store but they do have a very wide selection of various things. We went here on a Saturday and this time of year is tourist season and they were drastically understaffed. I honestly would have left a much lower ranking had it not have been for the customer service that we received. Jennifer did a fantastic job of moving people through the line quickly and taking care of our items and coupons with ease while keeping a bright smile on her face. If it weren't for her I would probably leave a one-star review because how could you possibly be under staffed on a Saturday during tourist season in a tourist town. Good job Jennifer you saved the store from a terrible review. read more
