Today I had a return and noticed they missed my 25$ coupon when I made the purchase. Zach who was a manager had no customer service skills, he went and talked to his manager Brani and she was to busy to come out and talk to me!! She said go ahead and give me the 25$, but the other 20$ coupon I had to lose even though I was spending more than I was returning. After this experience I will shop other places for my Columbia line. Sad to say that's how they take care of the customers. Being a retail manager all my life, I would of just honored it to make my customer happy!!

Not today, this store was the perfect size and had plenty of of what I needed to choose from. I recently lost a pair of Lulu shorts that someone gave me. I needed to replace them, this is what brought me to store today. The lady whose name I didn't catch towards the back was super helpful. She was happy to assist me in finding my most perfect black shorts, and I did. This location also didn't have some non sense you had to do in order to get your military discount, show your ID and you are good to go. I would recommend this store to other Lulu shoppers!

My family and I were on vacation in the Destin area for Thanksgiving so of course we hit some of the stores for sales. What I liked about this location is that one of the workers made sure to tell me how to get an extra percentage off what I was buying by using the Nike app, which I would not have done. They actually had a really good selection of items on sale . My oldest son was able to get three nice shirts for $21. We will probably come back here when we visit the area again.

None of the workers really asked if we needed help, but that's understandable given the volume of people that were in the store at the time. Even with the number of customers, they were moving the check out line relatively quickly. Rude customer service. The staff that worked there in the afternoon of Labor Day, more…read morespecifically, a girl with glasses, a guy with somewhat curly hair, and even the security guard with the ugly man bun. Long story short, my mom tried using a card, it kept declining. So she bought a $400 purchase with a different card. When she figured out it was a fraudulent protection thing, she called the bank so that way she can return, then repurchase on the card she wanted to use. During that whole process, the cashiers were giving us looks and were getting inpatient. Then the security comes to check what's going on, and then they all start giggling as the guy is telling him what's going on, not knowing we can see their reactions. And when I say looks, I mean looks as in "they don't belong here" "why are the here". Looks as in they made us feel like we weren't rich enough to buy from here. We explained this was happening because we're not from here. Meaning we're TOURIST. Apparently they don't care, they were still rude and disrespectful. They're lucky my mom was unfazed and didn't see the situation. She didn't see, but her children saw. Will never come here again I'm going to Nike or Columbia.
