We were visiting the area with our little grandchildren and stopped in the Disney store to let them pick out something special. They each picked a new toy (yup, we spent over $100. on that little bit of spoiling!), when we were paying the person checking out our order asked us if we would like to buy a plastic Disney bag to put our purchases in? I said no thank you that I would take a regular bag. I was informed that "sorry, Disney is being 'green' and doesn't do plastic". Really? You were ready to sell me a plastic bag. So I asked if they had paper ones? Nope. They only have plastic ones to buy. So, we had to carry our purchases around the outlet mall...until we went to the Nike store. Nike store graciously offered us a shopping bag to carry our purchases. I personally can't stand when companies claim to be 'green', but it's all a show. read more

Out of all the stores we visited while at the Shoppes, the Disney store probably was the most vigilant and organized. They had a line to enter the store. It would have been nice to have 6 feet apart reminders, however, glad they're limiting capacity and require mask to shop. There was staff at the door monitoring how many people entered an exited the store. They also reminded everyone of the mask rules while in the store and provided hand sanitizer. I was so excited and happy to get to go to the Disney Store! Haven't been in one since I was a little kid and they closed it when I was like 9. Now that I have kids, I was super excited to go pick out gifts for them! Felt like a little girl again lol. Staff was also very nice and helpful. The only thing I will say is that a lot of the items didn't have price tags. We had to ask at check out. I still give them a 5 star! I have to say I was so excited to walk into a Disney store since where I live the Disney store closed...so sad. We were greeted by the workers who were so helpful. They both told us about the special sale and helped me find the size I needed. The cashier was so nice we talked about Disney Christmas ornaments and he suggested restaurants in the area that I was asking about. read more

Change the hours of operations it say it's closes at 9pm but actually closes at 8pm. We drove over 45 minutes to get here and the employee closes the door in our face. read more

Although the store was very busy and I had my two year old picking up everything and causing chaos, the staff was so nice and helpful. They roam around the store and help in any way possible without pressuring. When one of the cast saw that my daughter wouldn't let go of something Moana that was not suitable for a 2 year old, he said "do we like Moana?! Come look over here!" And brought us to a cute little Moana stuffed animal that was much more age appropriate. He was spot on! Everyone we interacted with was so calm and very nice. The store was well kept, organized and clean- which took a lot of effort as kids were wild picking up things and then leaving them everywhere. The cast was also very knowledgeable. My daughter handed me something that I didn't know the price of, so I turned to the cast member who knew off hand and was able to tell me. It felt like I have a personal shopper ready to help. The are being absolulty ridiculous still.. . You can wear a cloth homemade mask or a face shield but they will not let you in the store with a gator for a mask.... total garbage. read more

The staff were very friendly at this location. They always keep many toys at eye level of the children for obvious reasons. I went in just to entertain my daughter and came out with a Mickey Mouse. Still I found the staff and the cleanliness of this location much better than that of other locations such as Branson, MO. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. I shop there repeatedly and spend a fortune there. I love Disney! In the past, they have helped me with purchases and returns gladly. I don't make a habit of returning items. However, I have noticed lately that the formerly friendly employees are now "friendly" and not as willing to help me other than calling me "your majesty" often. I won't be back As an update, I gave them another chance and Jamie solved my return issue. So I'm a Happy Disney Camper again! read more

This Disney Outlet has the sweetest and most professional employees! They always go out of their way to help customers and the inventory is excellent compared to most Disney outlet stores. Jamie and Natasha are the nicest and most helpful! The other employees are all extremely friendly, especially to the young children and the store is the cleanest Disney store I have ever entered! hate to say this because I absolutely love Disney stores but this one was awful!!!! the woman at the register was completely rude and asked for an id on a signed card. since i was only buying a $7 ornament i didnt think i'd be needing an id, even though I was using a visa. the lady said it had been Disney's policy for years when i told her that I have never been id'd at a Disney Store. looked it up with visa and was told that they are only allowed to do that with unsigned cards and even though it is a Disney Store policy, the policy that Disney has with visa overrules the other policy when it comes to signed cards. Was completely calm about it until the lady began to be completely witchy with a giant grin about the entire situation and told me i was holding up the line. the story just ends with me crying and running out of the store because I was completely embarrassed. so yeah definitely not going back there. would probably rather drive to Orlando to go to the big Disney Store or order online rather than experience that again. read more
