They've got decent selection, and change out styles frequently. I love that they usually have a decent amount of clearance at this locations. For the main floor, I do feel like they might have too many categories of things, so not enough options in any one of those categories. For value: always check their website to see if it's cheaper there (it's frequently 40% off or more), and then if it is, price match it in store (which they are happy to do). Other than that, the clearance is usually some great deals, but the normal price on the tag feels high without a sale. Clothing generally holds up - I've got pieces from there that I've been wearing for years.

School shopping can be a frustrating experience for the parent and child, but not when you have super rad employees like Anthony. I didn't make a purchase then and went back home to do more research. When I went back to the shop, I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. They happily ordered it all for me and I had everything I wanted in less than a weeks time. They also put it all together at no additional cost. Altogether my setup wasn't cheap but that's because I wanted premium materials. I came back for a skate tool and some pads and will likely be back for some shoes more suitable for skating. The girl that helped me at the register seemed a little brain dead. She returns the shirt and then I tell her I wanna order the hat because you guys don't have it in the store. So she asked me so you wanna re-order this hat and I said yes and for some reason, she's having a problem at the register with my phone number and she had to ask me for it at least seven times, it was extremely annoying. I don't know why it took her so many times. I don't think she had a clue what she was doing at the computer. I have no idea if she knows how to work that computer but definitely seemed like she didn't. As I mentioned, she asked me do you want to re-order this hat? I said yes I do and she looks at the hat and starts the order. Now obviously I'm assuming she's completely doing it right so the transaction was over and I left. Later on that day, I look at my email to see what's the status of the hat and she orders me a shirt instead. How incompetent can you possibly be to mess that up!?
