I called and the person answering the phone looked through the store reported back to me that it was not in the store. Sure that I had left it there, I drove back to the store and walked through it and waited in line to ask an employee if it had been turned in. It hadn't. The manager, Lacie (I believe her name was), walked with me through the store and even enlisted help from a couple of employees to look through the store for it and looked in trash bins and in the rest rooms and went above and beyond to help me in my frenzied state. We discussed doing a police report so that we could watch film and I left the store to determine next steps and called a friend that I had been on the phone with while I was shopping and she reminded me that I had told her that I was also going to go to Ross. I ran over to Ross and asked about it and they had my purse. I returned to TJ Maxx to thank Lacie for being so kind and helpful. I have never had someone be so accommodating and felt bad for the inconvenience that I had caused her. I only had a few minutes and couldn't see her in the store and felt bad that I couldn't thank her and let her know that I had it. She was so attentive and thoughtful. A friend told me that the best thing that I could do for her was to give her a good review and let her know how appreciated she is. So that is what I am doing. TJ Maxx has a golden employee in Lacie and they should be aware of the great customer service she provides at the Riverdale, UT store!

Buckle has a 60 day layaway program. most layaway programs I am familiar with, are only 30 days. Of course when you participate in any layaway program, you have to pay a small percentage towards the purchase to hold the clothes, and make scheduled payments, and of course, once your done paying, you get your clothes. With buckle the same is true, but with their program, it's pay as you go. You can pay as much or as little within the 60 days your clothes are on layaway, AND, if you want to get one or two peices of clothing items early, then all you have to do is pay the full price of that particular item. As you purchase your items, you get your buckle punch card punched for every ten dollars you use to purchase buckle stuff. Great deal huh? I have been using this program over the last couple of months, when I found out about it, I tried on every single item I on that I liked, purchased what I couldn't live without, and put the rest on layaway. I didn't have to comprimise choose which item to do without so that I wouldn't blow the bank, I got everything I wanted... in increments.

So I pay the new fee online, but the credit won't show for three days, and I tell them to cancel my card. She says she cancelled it but I see no confirmation of that in the account and she refuses to send me a confirmation email. On this day at Station Park "Don't Call Us a Mall" mall -- a shopping mecca teeming with women's clothing and discount clothing stores -- my wife only bought clothes at Maurices. I've spent many-an-hour in many-a-women's clothing stores, burning time on my cell phone as my wife files through many-a-rack of clothes. I can say Maurices one of the deeper, well-stocked stores I've seen. And this Station Park location is FILLED with customers on a lazy Sunday afternoon where other nearby clothing stores are ghost towns. What will those passionate about women's fashions find at Maurices? Tops of all types for both casual and fancy occasions, denim ranging from shorts to jeans to jean jackets, outdoor wear, sleepwear, "intimates", scarves, bags, socks, makeup, sunglasses, necklaces, rings, bracelets, perfumes and... Well, let's just say everything a fashionista--from skinny to plus-sized--could possibly want. My wife spent an hour in there. Really, the "belle of the ball" is the "Going, Going, Gone" clearance section in the back left corner. This isn't your usual picked-over, mish-mash, 3/4 empty clearance area. A lot of stuff, on REAL clearance prices. How do I know this? My wife left with two jackets and a top for $28 and saved $90. So yeah, ladies, you may want to make your way to Maurices at Station Park!
