It can be hit or miss for me sometimes, but I can usually find something in here for my son. I love that I can shop online and have my orders shipped to the store for pickup at no extra charge. I'm not a fan of the customer service, a select 2 or 3 employees I've dealt with in the last 6 months have been decent, but 95% of them don't seem to care to help you with anything. Finding things, returns, pickups, or checking out. The security guard walked past me one night and yelled "THEY'RE CLOSED." Very rudely and when I walked in, one of the employees let me in. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I don't think they're all on the same page, perhaps they need additional training? Overall products good, employees, eh.

As with other Vans stores, this one outfits the cool kids with t-shirts and pocket tees, hoodies, quarter zips, tank tops, beanies, fleece, backpacks, rucksacks, water repellant gear, stretch pants, caps, jockey hats, board shorts, crew socks, sunglasses, wallets, belts, and the rest. Two important notes when it comes to this store and Van's stores in general: First, it not just for boys and men ... you'll find plenty of stuff for Women's sizes as well. Second, Vans isn't just for the skater crowd. It's got a large selection for snowboarder gear (including a killer line of boots) and surfers (although not much now in February at this snowy Utah location. And, of course, they've got plenty of Vans. When I say that it has more Vans shoes than any store at the Station Park mall, that's not totally a no-brainer: The nearby Zumiez with piles (literally) of Vans and a Famous Footwear with at least 20 Vans options. It definitely has more of the latest fashions from the Vans braintrust, and have other stores beat on the options of their famed (and original) checkerboard patterns. And their flexibility in sizes will make those bigfeeters (12+) happier than they will coming out of Zumiez or FF. As for the prices, I'm used to the Vans Outlet and Park City where I walk out with a pair for about $50. Most of those I liked were $65-100. Then again, this is the freshest gear; the hippest Vans fan will want to make their way to this location. Remember, Vans is "Off the Wall" ... not off the rack.

They offered me a discount for being a state employee too. They have ample boxes that they encourage you to take so you can wrap your gifts as you leave the store. * masks are required to shop * social distancing is present * limited capacity so please exercise patience. They are doing their best to accommodate shoppers.

Thankfully the excellent employees here helped me find a complete new wardrobe and it kept me coming back throughout the week to check out the more casual clothes after loving the quality of the clothing and great customer service I received the first time. I came here so much that they started recognizing me and joking with me making me feel very welcomed! They even set me up with the Loyalty Program and gave me a 10% military discount. I can't wait to come back next time in in town for work!

But then my partner had a fantastic week at work, like absolutely crushed it, was riding high, and out of nowhere he goes, "Wanna go to Lululemon? My niece says these leggings are life-changing." And honestly? Say less. So in we go. I'm half skeptical, half flattered, fully confused. The staff was so helpful, clearly used to people like me wandering in with no idea what a Wunder Train is. I grab a few pairs to try on and suddenly we're in this giant bougie dressing room with mirrors that see you from every angle of your soul. The super sweet associate asks my partner if he wants to come see how they look and he's like, Oh sure, but also starts laughing as he whispers to me "I feel like a sugar daddy right now." And I'm standing there in leggings that feel like they were sewn by angels, laughing and also nodding because yeah. Accurate. But also wow. These leggings? Life-changing. Like cancel my plans I'm just wearing these around the house all day kind of good. So now here I am, one pair in and already plotting my return. The cult rumors are true. Lululemon owns me now. And honestly? I'm not even mad about it.
