Finding things, returns, pickups, or checking out. The security guard walked past me one night and yelled "THEY'RE CLOSED." Very rudely and when I walked in, one of the employees let me in. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I don't think they're all on the same page, perhaps they need additional training? Overall products good, employees, eh.

In the case of Tully's, it seems to blend in with the Van's and Nike store (because it actually also sells Van's and Nike's), and the Zumiez at Station Park -- as well as stores like PacSun, Urban Outfitters, etc. and other malls because of it is cool-boy and young-man, skate-centric clothes and brands. For similarish stores, having something that sets it apart -- such as strong discount prices or a unique core element -- helps vault it out of mediocrity. In the case of Tilly's, I really don't see that unique element. Let's focus on the positive ... Tilly's has A LOT of stuff. First of all, they have almost as many Van's t-shirts than at the Van's store and, oddly enough, some originals you won't even find at the big V. There are also plenty of options from brands like Levis, North Face, Quicksilver, Billabong, Volcom, DC, Fox, Roxy, Hurley, and Etnies. And if you like more casual-ware, you'll find a lot: t-shirts, hoodies, graphic tees and sweatshirts, shoes, penny boards and other skateboards, shorts and board shorts, backpacks, accessories (a lot of wallets, sunglasses, and watches) ... and that probably just scratches the surface. The prices are a bit high, but it's a pretty good selection of clothes worth checking out.

They have ample boxes that they encourage you to take so you can wrap your gifts as you leave the store. * masks are required to shop * social distancing is present * limited capacity so please exercise patience. They are doing their best to accommodate shoppers.

Thankfully the excellent employees here helped me find a complete new wardrobe and it kept me coming back throughout the week to check out the more casual clothes after loving the quality of the clothing and great customer service I received the first time. I came here so much that they started recognizing me and joking with me making me feel very welcomed! They even set me up with the Loyalty Program and gave me a 10% military discount. And honestly? Say less. So in we go. I'm half skeptical, half flattered, fully confused. The staff was so helpful, clearly used to people like me wandering in with no idea what a Wunder Train is. I grab a few pairs to try on and suddenly we're in this giant bougie dressing room with mirrors that see you from every angle of your soul. The super sweet associate asks my partner if he wants to come see how they look and he's like, Oh sure, but also starts laughing as he whispers to me "I feel like a sugar daddy right now." And I'm standing there in leggings that feel like they were sewn by angels, laughing and also nodding because yeah. Accurate. But also wow. These leggings? Life-changing. Like cancel my plans I'm just wearing these around the house all day kind of good. So now here I am, one pair in and already plotting my return. The cult rumors are true. Lululemon owns me now. Neither of them greeted us or ever spoke to us as we looked around. I took one item up to the cash register to ask her to price check it. She didn't. She just told me what she thought the process would be. A few minutes later my daughter found a top on a floor set that she couldn't find on a rack. I walked back to the cash wrap- waited until one of the two ladies standing there could acknowledge me. When one finally said something I said " if you are not too busy I do have a question". The lady behind the girl who spoke to me straight up ROLLED her EYES at me. This was was actually on her phone apparently texting. I called her out about the eye rolling and said we are done here. My daughter finished looking and we walked out. We drive the 15 miles to the store in Layton to make our purchase. Worst customer service ever. As we walked out of of them yelled Have a merry Christmas. Wow. All I can say. Wow.
