However, the staff had become very pushy and hard sale recently, simply annoying and made my shopping experience unpleasant. Not only that, the most unforgivable thing was they triple charged my mom's credit due to the error of the credit card processing company they used. After overcharging my mom for $280, my mom immediately talked to them, the staff took her information and said she will liaise to management. After several weeks, no one from Korna or the credit card processing company contacted my mom to rectify this issue. I went in on behalf of my mom, the staff even said this was a known problem, as there were multiple clients at different locations of Korna who were affected. He took down the information again, and said it will be dealt with in a few days. Several weeks passed by again, absolutely nothing! I put in a horrible FB review, so that they know this is still an outstanding issue. Again, haven't heard a peep from Korna or the credit card processing company. Two frigging months passed by, I went in again. Another staff was trying to take down our information again and asked for a copy of the credit card bill for the third bloody time. That's when my husband got upset and raised his voice, saying how unacceptable and unprofessional this is. As he started raising his voice, the owner came over and talked to us. Of course he apologized profusely and indicated that he had been fighting with the credit card processing company for weeks. He pushed over to Fidelity Payment to deal with it, and thought it was resolved. My husband of course chewed his ear off, demanded them to resolve this problem the next business day. Thankfully with the owner on site, he finally contacted the designated staff from Fidelity Payment to deal with this issue, and after two frigging months, $280 was credited back to my mom's card. Even though their store is spacious and comfortable to shop at, and the variety of dehydrated treats and raw are very appealing, I just don't think my mom and I will ever step foot in Korna again after this super unpleasant experience.  Aside from an apology, the owner didn't even think of or bother to do something to win his clients back. It's a loss to them, not us! My mom and I have been loyal customers to them, and every previous purchase was over $100 just on treats! Well, I guess we'll have to buy from other pet stores!

They seem to have the basics, but a lack of shelf-space/floor space probably means that they can't carry a wider selection of merchandise. This location always seems to have ample parking because some of the neighboring businesses are less frequented. The bottom line is, if you are looking for the basic essentials, this location is okay. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and go to one of the bigger locations or another pet chain.

They do have a separate area with boxes for pet food and other items for the needy pets. Array of supplies is vast - food, carriers, toys, accessories, beds and blankets. It's really a supermarket for all pet owners. Few items I found are higher than normal, price wise, but one can understand that because of the rent and other higher overheads! My puppy did not like her original food that I bought so I went back to the store to either exchange or return the item. I opted to exchange for N&D. Lisa offered me a test package before buying and Flora loved it. Lisa is a small local business and we should all be supporting her. I only have great things to say about their shop! Self Serve Dog Wash Station…read more Stopped in at the brand new opening of the Bosley's in the Langley Mall. Store is well laid out and the staff super friendly and helpful. Do was as advertised on their website as $15 per dog with towels, shampoo and conditioner all included. The newly installed sprayer for the water was very poor in water volume, it the manager informed me before I purchased and she also told me that replacements had been ordered. The wash area while "open air" to the store, it is cordoned off with an ample space to work. There are two wash basins. The store does advertise that the dryers provided blow only room temperature air. I get it such that dogs aren't harmed by hot blowers but conversely they don't have enough air volume to really be effective. Bottom line I would give this 4/5 stars and I would return here for this service and pet supplies in general.
