She is super sweet and friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable during your service. They use hard wax only, which is a strip free wax that is much gentler on the skin. You feel waaaay less discomfort with hard wax because it does not pull on your skin like the strips do. I usually see Lucy, I've seen Nikki quite a few times, and I recently had Kiki do my Brazilian. They all work at a perfect pace which allows them to efficiently wax you while also making it a quick process -- I always want to be done as quick as possible lol!! You can tell how much Lucy enjoys her business and her clients. She always goes over aftercare and what to expect after your service, even if you've heard it already. They also send out reminder emails a couple days after your service to remind you to start exfoliating then! The booking is online through Vagaro, it's very easy to book and cancel or reschedule if needed. I've booked last minute appointments a few times and have always been able to find one on short notice. They've got a rewards program which basically equates to a free wax per year. The place is always clean and bright, with happy music playing. The only thing I wish they had were walls that go all the way up to the ceiling to make each room completely private. Besides their waxing services for all genders, they also offer facials and skincare services. I haven't tried any yet but I will get to it eventually. Lastly, they are so so friendly and remember your face, your name, what you usually get done. The front desk employee is an absolute sunshine every time! Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try. The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

However, during my most recent visit a few days ago, the usual staff who thread my eyebrows were either at lunch or unavailable. The lady typically at the front counter was the only one present and offered to thread my brows. I requested a simple clean-up, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. She was much rougher than usual--while threading can be uncomfortable, this time it was noticeably more painful. Additionally, she removed too much hair, resulting in unevenness at the top and bottom of the brow, as shown in the attached photo. I gave three stars because I'm generally pleased with the results, but based on my last visit, I feel she should remain at the front desk and leave threading to the other staff.
