I haven't really gotten my lashes done before so the process can be weird for many, she takes effort in making sure you're comfortable and she walks you through the steps of what she's doing. You can show her pics of lashes you like or leave it up to interpretation and she produces lashes that you will fall in love with! She is actually the shop owner and aesthetician. She came to help apply makeup on the others in the bridal party. She finished the makeup daily and everyone looked flawless. Jillian is a hair guru!
