I gave him all the details of my car had AAA towed over there and by the time my workday was over. I had a brand new fixed tire at such a reasonable cost. They were super friendly, super helpful and got me a patch on my tire so that I could keep going forward and recommended getting a new one before a family vacation. My experience with Taylor's was not good. I had them replace a real wheel bearing. They had…read moreproblems from the get go and it took them a week to finish the job. They charged me $1,100.00. A couple of months after they did the job I started having problems with all kinds of sensors. I took it to a couple of mechanics because Taylor's was not closed for business. I had various sensors, replaced, nothing worked. I finally took it to the Dealer I bought the vehicle from and had them run diagnostics. I wound up having to replace the same wheel bearing, AND Axle due to more damage from an incompetent job the first time it was supposedly replaced. It cost me an additional $2,400.00. Taylor's has opened and closed several times, has irregular hours and for me was very unreliable. I would not recommend this business for even the simplest of jobs.

Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

We were stranded on the shoulder of a quiet rural two-lane road, far from home, and honestly didn't know what to do. I called Tesla Roadside Assistance, but they told me it would take about 90 minutes for a tow truck to arrive. After that, the car would have to be towed all the way to Rochester and left there until the next day. Since we were only on a 2-night, 3-day trip, it looked like our entire family vacation might be ruined. Then we found Sedam Tire, only a few miles away. Even though it was already near the end of their business day, the owner, Greg, and one of his staff members, Travis, actually came out to where we were stranded. The damaged tire was in a very difficult position near the edge of the pavement, but Travis literally got down on the ground and worked on the tire while sweating heavily in the heat. He worked incredibly hard to make a temporary repair and put enough air in the tire so that we could safely get the car to their shop. Once we arrived, they stayed and helped us replace the tire so we could continue our trip to Niagara Falls that same evening. What I will never forget is something Greg said: "I don't want anybody stranded." That one sentence tells you everything you need to know about Greg and the kind of business Sedam Tire is. And I especially want to thank Travis. Watching him lie down on the roadside, working on our tire and sweating through the whole process just to get our family safely back on the road is something I will never forget. Greg and Travis could easily have told us they were closing and that there was nothing they could do. Instead, they went out of their way to help a family of complete strangers who were stranded far from home. Because of Sedam Tire, what could have been a ruined family vacation became a wonderful trip that we were still able to enjoy. This was far beyond normal customer service. It was genuine kindness, compassion, and humanity when we desperately needed help. Greg and Travis, my family and I will never forget what you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you ever need tire service anywhere near Perry, NY, I cannot recommend Sedam Tire highly enough. Five stars simply aren't enough.
